Arrived on time in good condition and store person was friendly and checked Rhaa as t information on label was correct and mine checked ID information was accurate

After receiving an email saying my order had arrived, it was just a quick walk from home to my local pharmacy to pick up my package. So much quicker and more convenient than lining up at the Post Office to get a parcel. Very impressed with Parcelpoint :)

Good tracking information. Then I received an email to tell me it had arrived and I picked it up the next day. Too easy :-) I highly recommend parcel point, if like me you're not home to sign for your parcel.

So convenient to pick up parcel from my local parcel point pick up which is my local newsagent. And parcel is more secure than just being left at front door.

This is a very convenient service. The pharmacist who owns the business is a lovely person. The store hours suit me as they are open late on weeknights. 30 words is ridiculous, what more can I say?

Exactly what I ordered - arrived in good condition. I placed my order on Saturday afternoon and I received good tracking information. The goods arrived on the Wednesday and packaged beautifully by the sender.

I thought I will receive some notice email when package reached to parcelpoint.
Package was kept at parcel point for 6days until I noticed it's taking too long and check the old tracking email.

I received communication that the package was ready 27/2 and it hadn’t been delivered till 2/3. No update was sent and was very inconvenience for me and the location. Unacceptable.

I recommend Zookal to my friends and the ParcelPoint pickup is better than Australia Post.

The guy working on Sunday was very nice and friendly. Package arrived before scheduled delivery date and in good order. Easy parking and access to the pick up location for me was convenient

Tracking the delivery was not quite plesent. The record shows that the package is in transit, but in transit where? Why does it take 3 business days to deliver the package without any details. I order in zookal. And the next day i refreshed the webpage, and it shows that the status is completed. I did not know what it meant. And thought that the package has arrived.
