We dealt with Lila with the purchase of a new bed for our son. She gave me all the necessary dimensions so when I got home I was able to measure up, ring through and make & pay for the order over the phone. The bed arrived 3 days later & the delivery guys were prompt & courteous. All in all very impressive experience once again.

Lila was a patient and fantastic furniture sales consultant in choosing my perfect couch at the Joondalup store! I really appreciated her opinion and help in me buying a new recliner set.

Always check in-store as they sometimes have different specials. Great quality items at a reasonable price.

Store staff are great, be careful if you live in a cottage lot the delivery team will beep horn rather than coming to front door.

We visited the Pine Discount store in Joondalup recently and purchased a leather lounge suite. Its' very comfortable, looks gorgeous and great value. Michelle was friendly and very helpful, and provided excellent customer service, although the $79 delivery fee +$50 unpack & assemble fee was expensive . Otherwise we are really happy with our new lounge! Thanks!

Went into the Joondalup store on Sunday. Had great help from Toni and I purchased a classic buffet. It was delivered as advised without a problem.

We went in store to pick out a bed the staff were very friendly and helped out when needed. Delivery was good as well on time.

Visited the Pine Discount Store in Joondalup and purchased a couch within minutes. Couldn’t argue with the price of such a modernised brand new couch.

Went looking for sofa’s came out with a bedroom suite, Toni very helpful in store, delivery was within a reasonable time scale the guys ring 1 hour before turning up so your day is not wasted hanging around, the one thing I find expensive tho is the $59 delivery fee but they charge what they want as they know people really don’t have a choice paying it, I would recommend the furniture from this store it’s a reasonable price and good quality

My dresser is perfect, cant thank you enough on the fast delivery, looks perfect in my room and no delivery charge

Went in to buy a bed and came out with a bed and lounge. Marie was great, there was no hassling, just let us wander around until we found what wanted. Products are both well made and value for money. Would certainly shop here again

Bought our Leather lounge from Joondalup store. Great service and accommodating to keep in storage till we were ready for it. Easy to assemble. Michelle gave us handy tips ahead of time for the assembly that wasn't in the instruction manual. Great quality at a great price.

Excellent - I changed my mind a couple of times with the size of the bookcase and Toni was more than helpful. She phoned after the goods were delivered and assisted us with any questions about our purchase.
