We, unfortunately, were enormously under the weather the day we purchased our couch & ordered one 800mm too large which evidently would've led to a chaise in our kitchen. Plush were unbelievable assistance in rectifying our mistake and happily changed the parameters and we still received our couch within 10-12 weeks. Top notch service, delivery was on time, gave us the heads up they were en route & quality is great. 10/10 all round.

We found the process efficient and friendly and were always informed of what was happening. The delivery process was easy and the on time. We can’t really fault the entire process from purchase to delivery. We only hope that our lounge suite lives up to the process so far.

Joel & Camilo were great set up our sofa and even put felt on the bottom of the legs for us and took all the packaging with them. Thank you Elaine & Adrian

Good friendly service by Josh and his offsider. The were fast and professional. I also liked being able to track the delivery once they called to tell me they were on their way.

Delivery drivers did not wear a mask or gloves which is unacceptable during this uncertain time. Tried to keep social distancing but it was difficult in my small space. Mask and gloves should be compulsory.

Had new sofa delivered and set up today. Joel and Camilo did a great job, excellent communication regarding delivery time, prompt arrival, friendly, set up the sofa exactly where we wanted it, and left the lounge room completely clean, taking all rubbish away. I had Danny & Sid from Demiri Transport pick up a couch that I have swapped over at plush and I have to say they were fantastic!.. from calling me well in advance of their arrival and arriving exactly when they said they would, they were very courteous, respectful and efficient and smooth in picking up couch. They even went as far as helping me with another piece of furniture I needed help with after asking them and they took it on like it was not a bother at all for them and were very gracious with their service.
