Greatest piece of rubbish I've ever seen and HORRIBLE customer service
Plush state they have a "10 year piece of mind warranty". There is no such thing and its to be taken with a grain of salt. We had a Leila lounge with more modulars added and chaise. Within 2 weeks leather has started to crease and wear worse than our 20 year old lounge that was on display for the technicians to compare. Our 20 year nubuck lounge had no creases in the leather at all and when you rest on an armrest, it inflates to smooth with no creases.

diot. Countless calls to customer service whom were "going to raise things with management" and get back to me in a few days. No such calls were returned. I was promised call after call after referring to management on the 30th Nov. Today 11th December I called in disgust AGAIN and they said that a decision has been made and I should have been emailed of which I wasnt! This has dragged on and on and on with no resolve since mid October 2018 after having the lounges merely 2 weeks. So we have a lounge where out of 4 metres long, only 2 people use it and occupy one side only and thats all that sits on the lounge yet at the opposite end, the armrest looks like its been trampolined on and there are about 20 indentations that stay as they are, let alone the creases that are permanent in the neck supports on every single headrest, which Plush say thats how they are because they bend back. Im sorry but a natural state of a lounge is upright, so this is impeccably and incredibly the worst excuse I have ever heard. Having dealt with a great many companies over the years to hold them accountable, Plush dont care and are sending an email to say there is "no fault" with the lounge. NEVER again and my reach is far and will recommend people tread very carefully and note you only have 3 days "piece of mind" if you choose to send the lounge back for any reason. Not good enough Plush.

Our perfect lounge!
Ritika from Belrose bent over backwards to ensure we purchased our perfect lounge. She even managed to help us sort out changes in colour and configuration. We are over the moon with the end result!

Worst customer service ever.
The sofa had defective leather, it was inspected twice both technicians said it needed to be replaced. From Plush customer care stating that the sofa would be replaced and they had ordered a replacement, when I checked after 8 weeks they then said they had forgotten to order the replacement and would do so immediately! The end result was that after the technician stated the leather was faulty Dec 2017 to actual arrival of a replacement in Nov 2018 a total of 11 months to finalize our complaint. Good customer service I don't think so.

Amazing customer service and value for money
Beautiful store with so many options to choose from. We walked in stressed with the idea of purchasing a lounge but this was turned into excitement and a fun experience when dealing with Voki at their Belrose store. Very thorough, informative and Not pushy! Allowed us to take our time but being an arms length away for any questions or troubles. Id gladly shop here again and again especially dealing with Voki, can't praise her service enough. Happy customers excitedly awaiting our delivery.

New custom designed lounge suite
From start to delivery the store and deliver staff were amazing, patient, informative and delivered to promise. The quality of the delivered product was as expected and within the timeframe promised. Delivery guys Saye and Bailey were top class, polite, efficient and friendly, and removed all packing materials with them.

Great service and delivery
The whole experience was easy. From placing the order in store to delivery was a breeze. I just had Saye and Bailey came on time, easy to talk to and delivery with ease. Very happy with the overall service.

I found the instore experience quite confusing in terms of pricing and available fabrics and then I called the online number and got the wonderful Dawn Sherwell who helped me through every stage, called me back promptly, helped me with swatches, pricing and delivery, she really knows her stuff and was wonderful to deal with. Belrose Plush is the place to go
A month before my purchase I saw the Snuggle Petite Chair and Ottoman in store which I loved, I looked around other stores but I couldn't find anything I liked like it. Terrible product, finish is disintegrating after only 2 years and Plush will not even talk about
We purchased a 3 seater Model E642-119 which was delivered in January 2016. In March 2018, just over two years later, we noticed that the finish on certain areas of one seat the leather was starting to disintegrate. We had purchased the additional Plush Shield warranty for $200, originally, and assumed that this or the "10 year warranty" would cover this problem. We have other leather furniture (NOT Plush) all of which is 10 years old or more and none of this has had a similar problem.

Wonderful experience
We recently purchased an Oasis modular lounge, 2 swivel chairs and an ottoman from the Belrose store. We were assisted on numerous occasions by the lovely Ritika, who is extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their product range. Nothing was too much trouble, and we can't wait to take delivery!

" Warranty process works like this. 1. Technician comes out to convince you there are NO problems with the couch and that all the problems are in YOUR head. 2. Tell anyone from plush including their customer service. you will be passed onto their Area Manager who then tries to have a LONG conversation with you about the OUTSTANDING history of Plush- and that the technician is a real professional and is independently sourced and is not employed by them??!?! and then tries to convince you about how FANTASTIC their services are and how long they have been in business for. They will tell you how GREAT they are but won't listen to what you have to say!!!! P.S also have noticed they are leaving their own positive reviews on various website like product review page. The reviews start off with *Name of Sales Staff Member *Name of the Store Location, and then the product range they are promoting, all tied up in a consumer friendly experience.
