Bought a couch today at Belrose. This review is to commend Susheel on his excellent customer service. He explained the different options available for the couch I was interested in, showed me the different fabrics and their pros and cons and left me to consider the options without hovering over me. Very satisfied with the service and feel totally happy with my purchase decision.

Plush at Belrose provided exceptional service, particularly from the store manager Ritika. The staff are extremely knowledgeable of their products and are willing to work with the customer on configurations that will best suit their living space. We chose the Cameo modular sofa and absolutely LOVE it! It is elegant and comfortable, with the amazing features of reclining seats and USB ports that make it feel like you're in Gold Class while in the comfort of your own living room. We recommend Plush to anyone looking for a top quality sofa and highly recommend the Belrose store in particular.

We walked into Plush at Belrose and were instantly made feel welcome and given all the attention. Both Voki and Ritika were very friendly, answered all our questions and encouraged us to take as much time as we needed to make the right choice. They had the most comfortable sofas out of all the shops we visited. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Electric recliner broke after 4 weeks took 8 weeks to get it fixed 6 weeks later the bracket in the head rest broke they said it would take about 2 weeks they rang booked it in didn't turn up after taking a day off work now 4 weeks later still haven't heard what's going on

We researched a number of places for sofas - but the only place who gave us the time and space to make an informed decision was Plush Belrose. David encouraged us to sit on all the lounges to determine the best one for our family! Right through from purchase date to delivery (and beyond) the staff have been very helpful. We are absolutely enjoying our new sofas!

We visited Plush Belrose on several occasions in order to choose our couches and were always greeted with a happy welcome and helpful advice from Ritika and Voki as well as other staff members. Ritika and Voki were very supportive all the way from the initial meeting through to delivery of the couches. We were also impressed with the professional delivery. It was service with a smile - the couches were unpacked, with felt pads put on all legs, and all the packing material was taken away.

We purchased two leather sofas last year and the experience was very pleasant. Within a year and well within the 10 year warranty, the cushioning had sagged quite badly on one of the lounges, making it more of a hammock, and we have learned that having it repaired is a long and no-care-from-Plush exercise. The customer care team refer it to an outside contractor and you are then in the hands of typical trade behaviours of no calls, cancelled visits and ultimately no remedy. We will now sell the lounges and try to find a company who has a reputation for standing behind their warranty.

Choosing which couch with the staff at Belrose Plush was excellent and quite enjoyable. We walked in knowing our style and they explored every option with us. We were kept well informed on our delivery date and what was required of us and were given plenty of notice. The team that delivered our couch, Al and Bailey, were on time, easy going and professional. The couch was delivered, rubbish removed and all done with a smile. Very happy customers!

I went into the Belrose store to amend my online quote was served by Voki.
She was very patient and very attentive, she gave me time to walk around the store to ensure that was the sofa that I wanted. She show me the changes in the shade of the leather depended on the lighting.
I place my order with her although she was busy with other customers but she still contacted after I left the store to let me know that she was placing my order and the reason for the delay.
I would highly recommend Belrose store especially Voki she was professional, patient, attentive, and very respectful you won't be disappointed with her service.
Now I am looking forward to my new sofa which is due to be deliver in the near future.

We found the Belrose Store Manager, Ritika to be incredibly knowledgeable and she has a real passion for what she does. She gave us practical advice that helped us make the right decision on our lounge choice. Ritika gave us the space we needed to discuss our decision together without being pushy or overbearing. Ritika was personable, professional and we were so appreciative of her expertise. Best of all our lounge is being delivered 4 weeks ahead of the estimated delivery time. An excellent experience all round.

Everything about this experience was a pleasure. Their prices competitive and the sofa perfect for our needs. At every point we were assisted and our situation considered. They stand by their product at every stage even to the point of accepting a return if we changed our mind once the sofa is delivered.
