I have been looking for the right sofa for months and been in multiple stores. Kylie was friendly, helpful, professional and listened to what I was after. Her customer service was great and she really did find the beast deal for me and I got the sofa I wanted, plus extra's within the budget.

The lounge itself looks great and is very comfortable. I love the individual electric control for head rest and feet. Delivery by Saye and Moses was very professional and they are also great people!

Ordered two leather couches in June - one 2-seater electric recliner and one 2-seater fixed couch.

They arrived today and are fabulous! The quality is excellent and the service is wonderful. I particularly want to mention the delivery driver, Justin Alan. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the delivery went smoothly.

Today I received delivery of The Hollister chair and Ottoman, very Hampton's and very in Vogue, it seems every décor book I purchase has this chair in it, The timber is white and the cushion fabric is called Aloe, a pale soft Aqua, the great thing is the seat and back cushions can be turned over for even use. I was offered a choice of many fabric colours and also wood colours from white through to dark brown, The staff were very informative and really lead you through all the various choices that are available, this chair is part of The West Coast Collection and as I love that beachy kind of vibe it works fantastically well, also a Ten year warranty, WOW.

Sales rep Kylie, had excellent knowledge of product, very friendly, helpful and professional!
Will definitely return to purchase other products from Kylie!

The store layout was easy, there were heaps of choices and you can create a sofa to suit your needs. The Oasis is a great lounge for the family or for entertaining. They deliver it, remove the packaging and place it where you want it! The service was great. 10 year warranty and great price!

My 5 star rating is for customer service only as I only ordered sofas yesterday. Tiahn in the Erina store was very professional, helpful, friendly and not pushy. If the furniture is as good as she was then I'll be one very happy customer!

We purchased our lounge from Plush thinking if we bought a more expensive one we would get a better product.BIG MISTAKE LEATHER STRETCHED LOOKS UGLY after 12mths.If told this would not have bought it Will never buy another plush lounge again.Would of been good if told at purchase time of the stretching BUT THEN YOU WOULD NOT BUY ONE WOULD YOU???

We bought two lounge chairs and a sofer with linen covering. Looked beautiful when delivered but now looks like a shambles. Very terrible and when approached Plush after just 2 years they said it is just normal wear and tear. I disagree given we haven't even used the arm chairs... ever. The lounge which does get used looks better, but it too is no looking so good. Poor customer service, exceptionally poor products, and never mind the dishonour of warranty provisions.

Love our new lounge, beautiful leather, more stylish than other lounges we viewed in other stores.
would definitely recommend for price and quality
