I recently purchased a sofa from the Erina Showroom. The customer service I received was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality sofa.

Amazing lounge, worth every dollar! So comfy and you cant beat the service or 10 year warranty!! Its like im sitting on a cloud. Friends love it too!!! Highly recommend.

Our sofas started off great! We have had our recliners for about 9 months now. The seating has started to sag. Apparently, this is due to usage (not under warranty) so Plush are not willing to assist. Our lounges were not cheap, I expect more from our purchase. If 'high density' foam is, in fact used, our sofas should hold up better

Having recently moved to live in Australia, we were in need of informed and unbiased advice, regarding our choice of lounge furniture . LEE provided us with all of the above, and we eventually made our choice, after at least two visits to the Erina store. Lee showed patience and understanding of our need not to be rushed into what was a significant purchase.We were extremely grateful for her knowledgeable input into our decision making process.

We purchased our new plush sofas at the Erina store.We were served by Kylie who we found extremely helpful.We were very happy with the service of Plush and when the guys delivered our sofas they were very tidy and friendly and they even put felt pads on each of the legs of the sofa.

Purchased Carlton lounge suite in shop at New Year Sales.(50% discount).
Sales officer, Lee, provided great help and advice to a couple of oldies buying their first new lounge after 27 years.
One feature that stood out was that delivery of our lounge suite was scheduled for 11 weeks from purchase date but it arrived about two weeks early. We are very happy with our new chairs and sofa.

Easy to purchase, lovely staff that were very helpful and friendly. The lounge also came early which was a great surprise.
Delivery men were a delight and very fast and friendly, took time to place lounge in correct position and left taking all the packaging with them.

Professional delivery from Michael and his team. Unwrapped our sofa, assembled and attached feet. Removed all unwanted waste and arrived on time when they said they would be here.

Our furniture was delivered on time by a courteous delivery man called Michael and his offsider who went out of their way to see that we were happy. He put the furniture where we wanted and added felt pads to the feet so as not to scratch the floor. They cleaned up and took all rubbish with them.

Michael delivered my leather lounge suite, reasonably difficult access, no problems at all, and took packaging away. Very happy with service and the new lounge.
