We love our new Plush lounge, it is a great addition to our new home! Sherine from the Penrith showroom made the purchase of the lounge so easy! Sherine knew her products so well, this allowed us to make a great decision knowing that the money we invested was well spent. The delivery was prompted and well organised! Thank you Plush team!

Had an initial terrible customer after sales experience but Peter the tech rocked up on time, looked at the chair and pulled out the drive mechanism on our faulty recliner in under 15 minutes. He was polite, efficient and did his job well. He spoke to my husband before arriving to ensure that he had all the facts (and potential parts) that might need to be swapped out so that no further delays were experienced. I would make it 5 stars but registering the issue was a tad difficult however the facebook customer rep Ali was on the ball.

We were very impressed with the service that Gloria gave us while purchasing our lounge polite friendly it was a pleasure dealing with her counting the weeks until the lounge arrives hope we have as much pleasure with our new lounge2

Within a month of delivery cushions do not retain their shape and become extremely wrinkly. The 10+ year old lounge that my new Cooper was meant to replace looks better. After spending over $4000 I am bitterly disappointed.

Saye who delivered our sofa lounge was fantastic he did everything including putting the legs on and set it all up.

Visited the Penrith store and was helped by Sherine. Can not fault her service, we changed our mind several times and each time was no bother. Sherine measured, quoted, organised samples and gave professional advice and service throughout. Can wait to receive my lounge !!

I bought the Melbourne modular lounge from Penrith Store in 2015. I want to say that the lounge is great. I would also like to thank the girls at the Penrith Homemaker Store N.S.W. Megan and the others very helpful. Also its a must that if you spend lots of money on their leather lounges that you also get the warranty for after care. I have had 2 incidents now and it has been worth every extra cent. Thank you plush furniture and guardsman for the warranty work.

After seeing the armchair online that I wanted, I have walked back into the Plush Penrith store to purchase my third piece of furniture from them. Plush's furniture is absolutely beautiful, very comfy and well made. This is why I keep coming back to them. The sales staff there are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful every time. A big thank you goes out to Fiona, Brittney, Sherrie, and all the other sales people there. I can't wait until I receive my aero armchair.

We have purchased 2 lounges from Plush due to my parents having 2 Plush lounges in their house and we have never had a complaint.

The lounges are always excellent quality with a great extended warranty. We have had our main lounge in the living room for 12 months and it is still an excellent purchase....my best friend even purchased her lounges off Plush when she realised how comfortable they are.

Very friendly and professional, no complaints from my end.

Love my new Berlin Modular lounge.
It’s made me realise how bad my other lounge really was. I have bad hips & the pain has lessened after buying this lounge.
It’s made with such quality,I can’t fault it.

I bought my chair in Penrith Plush and it was so easy to do. Tani and Fiona were so helpful they helped me decide which fabrics went best together so that my chair matches barrel ottoman. They really look lovely together in my snug and I love going in there and sitting with my feet up relaxing or reading or even snoozing. I tried a chair similar to the duchess chair in fantastic furniture it looked nice but is not nearly so comfortable.

The service we received from Megan at Penrith was outstanding. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Megan handled our enquiries in a very professional and accommodating manner. Both Megan and Sophie treated us in a warm and comforting manner. My 3 year old my son loved them both, and by the end of the visit to the store he said he was going to work there. Would definately recommend them to family and friends.
