The staff were very helpful in store.
Our order came within the time frame we were given. Delivery was on time and the sofa and recliner are beautiful and comfortable. We are delighted with our purchase.

Lysandra was very helpful. We had been to a lot of other stores prior to Plush and the customer service Lysandra provided was superior to the others. She was very knowledgeable and we come out of the store feeling very comfortable about our purchase

We already have a Plush Sofa that we love but need a bigger couch now that we are moving into a home. Voki at Belrose Plush helped us buy our current couch and she was great thats why we came back and secured out second one :) She was great in helping us choose a suitable fabric and couch for our needs. Couldnt thank you enough! We then met the girls at the penrith store and they were just as helpful and put the order through for us!

We bought our new lounge from the Penrith store and we were extremely happy with the ease of purchase, the range on offer and the helpfulness and knowledgeable staff. The delivery team was also outstanding in getting it into our home and setting it up carefully.

My wife and i were in the Penrith store looking to buy a sofa. After wondering around for a while unattended, my wife said to me how there was a lack of interest from the sales staff. We were moments away from walking out when we were approached by Victoria (Tori). Her enthusiasm, professionalism and big smile was all it took convince my wife and i to buy the lounge. It arrived 2 days ago and we couldn't be happier with it. Also the delivery company were first rate. They arrived on time, were polite, assembled the lounge is a timely manner and cleaned every piece of rubbish. I wish i knew the companies name so i could give them a positive review as well.

We were very welcomed at Penrith Plush. Lillian was extremely helpful and answered all off our questions and showed us multiple options to choose from. Would recommend plush Penrith for anyone wanting a quality sofa and service.

My husband and I visited the Penrith store - we were greeted by both sales assistants on entry and were given time to wander around before being asked if we needed help.

Fiona was amazing - very thorough without being pushy - she knew each of the sofas well. We had all the warranties and fabric care explained without it being a sales pitch.

Fantastic service at Plush Penrith. We haved lived in our house for nearly 2 months and our lounge was delayed by a week or so but seeing it and sitting on it in our living room is the best feeling ever.
The delivery guys - Bailey and Rlan assembled it quickly, took all the packaging and were super polite. Super happy!

We were so happy with our first lounge purchased 5 years ago(now moved to a different location in the house), that we went back to see Fiona again when it was time to get one for the new space. Fiona has exceptional knowledge and we were so happy with the service she provided.

Our lounge was expected to take 12-14 weeks to be delivered, however, we were so happy that it arrived a couple of weeks earlier.

The delivery guys were great, very polite and very strong.

a piece of timber snapped in my couch, and I must say it would have to been the easiest procedure to get fixed! All I did was call the number and someone came out (Peter) and he looked at it come back with the part and fixed it straight away!, not only does peter turn up on time unlike some companies but he was an absolute professional, so glad we went with plush
