Had the pleasure of being served by Waverley earlier this year. Her service and patience with us was so incredible — she helped us through the entire design process, from colour to the type of lounge that would suit our family and living space. Now because of her we’re buying more! Recommend the Bundall store x 100. Friendly, easy to talk too, ask for Waverley.

My husband and I visited Cam at Plush Bundall to buy a three seater and single armchair. We found exactly what we wanted and Cam served us so professionally and I can hardly wait to receive my new furniture!

Other options were offered, which helped in the final decision. Waverley offered us the option to visit Waverley fabrics to pick our cover. Very helpful and successful. We also purchased an Ottoman which Waverley was very helpful in our choice

We have been dealing with Hanna form the store in Bundall, Hanna is an absolute pleasure to deal with & ntohing is too much trouble, she had great suggestions & advises in such a pleasant manner. I have been back & forth for the last 6 months & no matter how long between visits she always remembers me & my details including the finer details of my house which is incredibly helpful when making such a significant purchase!

Once we purchased new lounge it was defective, on second try it seems to be ok. The repairman Andrew was courteous and efficient, not pleased that the old component was just left on my front lawn, should have been taken.

Great customer service, store was full of customers due to everyone lounge shopping. Cam the store manager was extremely helpful but most of all knowledgeable, was very understanding of our needs and wants. We had a massive day of lounge viewing and ended up back at plush, can’t wait to receive our new lounge. Thanks plush, but most of all thanks Cam, keep up the great work.

I originally ordered the Santa Monica sofa in light linen fabric. It arrived damaged. The Team at Bundall were helpful to get my sofa first cleaned and then when we weren't satisfied with that, They got it replaced for me. I was able to keep my first order until the replacement arrived so I had something to sit on. The new one was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you Girls, Hanna, Waverley and Cam for getting this sorted for us!

I purchased the Melbourne 2.5 seater with Chaise. On delivery the nap of the material
was puckered, and on a 45 degree angle and also the feet were crooked. The technician came a month after purchase to assess and it took another 5 weeks of numerous calls and emails for me to get a response. No quailty assurance checks clearly completed in Australia as lounges are made overseas. Plush will replace my lounge but the Customer service is disgraceful. Would i recommend? No.

Waverley at the Bundall store and Huan on the confirmation call were wonderful and very informative, we just purchased 6 pieces of the Softy range and couldn't be happier :) The store was well laid out and every part of the process was a breeze. A+++

We purchased a 7-seat Berlin modular sofa in Coastal Buff from Plush, Bundall QLD. Our sofa specialist, Marcus, was great. Marcus is a friendly guy and was able to talk us through all the options without pressuring the sale (which is rare these days!). His insights were quite useful and helped us make the best decision regarding our sofa purchase. We also received a 50% discount and free delivery. Very happy with the sofa and the overall experience. Plush produce high quality leather, great value and flexible modular sofa options. I would highly recommend Plush, Bundall QLD.

Wow just love our new Cameo recliner couch from Plush, super comfy and easy to use. The entire sales experience from Waverley at Bundall through to delivery was hassle free and the delivery guys very careful with my delicate bare wood floors! It's a huge hit with the kids and makes our casual/TV watching and hanging out in our lounge room such a fun and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend their service and products, especially since they are cornering the market on non daggy recliners, they seriously had the best selection when I did my big search for a big L seater that has recliners. And I got to custom mine so I have 4 recliners in the one couch so each family member gets one!

After shopping for a lounge for almost 12 months and visiting what felt like every furniture store on the Gold Coast, my husband and I discovered Plush at Bundall. Hanna served us and despite it being a busy day gave us very personal attention. The quality of the lounges were second to none and the comfort level was excellent. We were told the waiting time was 13 to 15 weeks and it was worth the wait. The delivery and installation was also hassle-free. I would highly recommend Plush!!

Walked into Plush looking for two small sofas for my new apartment-the young lady "Waverley" could not have been more helpful.She spent so much time in showing me various combinations-never rushed me or pressured me in any way.Made the whole experience so "easy".Who ever is teaching customer service at Plush is doing a fine job!! 10/10.
