After shopping for a lounge for almost 12 months and visiting what felt like every furniture store on the Gold Coast, my husband and I discovered Plush at Bundall. Hanna served us and despite it being a busy day gave us very personal attention. The quality of the lounges were second to none and the comfort level was excellent. We were told the waiting time was 13 to 15 weeks and it was worth the wait. The delivery and installation was also hassle-free. I would highly recommend Plush!!

Walked into Plush looking for two small sofas for my new apartment-the young lady "Waverley" could not have been more helpful.She spent so much time in showing me various combinations-never rushed me or pressured me in any way.Made the whole experience so "easy".Who ever is teaching customer service at Plush is doing a fine job!! 10/10.

I love the team located in Gold Coast bundall especially Cam Wooster she helped me a lot with choosing my perfect fit in sofa and she was always patient with my idea changing lol it took me a whole week to make the final decision but it all worth it

Please beware of the leather lounges we had ours for 3 weeks and I developed a rash from the lounge, when they pack these lounges in China they pack them with DMF a white powder to stop mould and fungus from happening whilst in transit and due to the change in climate. This powder is a chemical that burns and scars your skin. Please google this. Many of leather lounge rash goes undiagnosed by doctors. Of course the same as others on this site I have not heard from Plush after emailing a formal complaint through. So I have a $5000 lounge that I waited 17 weeks for and I can,t use it...

Very disappointed. Colour lifting and plush refused to mend even though I purchased extra Care warranty appalling rude staff obviously trained to dismiss customer concerns to avoid responsibility. Quality is below standard I was told at purchase it was high quality but it is poor quality. NEVER buy from plush.

In-store
We called into the store early in January 2018 and spoke with Hanna about the lounge we were interested in.
Hanna explained the configurations and benefits and origin of the lounge and fabrics available and answered our many questions and gave us a quote to take away.
After careful consideration and two more visits to the store we settled on the configuration and purchased long beach lounges and a week later purchased a Snuggle chair in a Warwick fabric.
Hanna helped us through this process exhibiting a very cheerful disposition and was extremely patient and was able to provide the information on the spot when requested.
This was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely return to Plush Furniture again

We had popped into the Bundall store several times to decide what sofa suited us. Marcus helped on our first visit and he was very approachable and friendly. After taking home measurements we returned to order our sofa. We were assisted by Waverley who was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us decide on a fabric that would suit our lifestyle. She was fantastic. All staff members make you feel so welcome and let you wander around and take your time- no one was ever pushy which is what we like! Very happy and great service thank you!
