Thanks to Dennis at Marion who was friendly, happy to help find the right couch & provided advise.
Store was easy to navigate and assistance was readily available. We are very satified with our purchase and the service we were provided. Look forward to our delivery and using Plush again in the future.

My husband and I were looking aimlessly, without aim for a lounge suite that would suit us. When Catherine Aldrete-Morris saw the short and tall of the both of us, she knew exactly the furniture we were to have. We found it to be the most comfortable and so we bought it. Thank you Catherine :)
The delivery people were excellent especially when the downpour arrived. They expertly delivered the furniture inside and unwrapped it and checked the electronics of the chair before leaving.

Thanks to Leah at Plush Marion, we found our perfect couch in the Berlin Leather modular. Quality is outstanding and the customer service from all staff we dealt with was genuine and helpful.

Our couches are currently on order but we wanted to acknowledged the great in-store service provided by Leah - she was very knowledgeable and provided her advice based on our circumstances which was very much appreciated. Can't wait for delivery......

We purchased our first leather lounge from Plush, very happy with the overall service!
Ash & Jason delivered our lounge, they took great care when getting the lounge inside, they set it up for us & took all of the plastic & cardboard away with them!

We are so happy with our new Brighton sofa and chairs. Ordered early December, and delivered today 2 Feb! Nothing missing or damaged, everything was in perfect order. It is sooo comfortable.
Thank you to Leah our salesperson, you were not only professional but also very personable. Another big thank you to Ash and Jason who delivered our furniture. As promised they informed us the night before when they would be around to deliver, they were punctual and professional. It's nice to get such excellent service.

We had great service at the Marion Showroom. The staff were very helpful and not at all pushy for a sale. Our order for the sofa arrived 4 weeks earlier than expected and our delivery guys Ash and Jason did a great job getting the Sofa inside, past a number of obstacles. They unpackaged the furniture, set it up AND took all the cardboard and plastic away with them leaving no mess.Great service from start to finish.

We are very happy with our plush sofa. Catherine made the so easy with leather samples to choose the exact colour that suited, plus explained options etc. Made even easier with the sofa on special. Delivery was fast (for a sofa) and arrived a little before the quoted date, the delivery guys set it all up and removed all the packaging. Overall very happy with the whole process and the sofa.

I went to Plush after searching many other furniture stores. They had the best designs and best of all I was able to choose exactly the right covering for the chairs. The price was excellent. Denis was very helpful and explained all my options so I could choose with confidence. The only suggestion I could make is that Plush enable customers to buy "Birds of a Feather" merchandise in store. They advertise it, why not sell it too?

Catherine was very helpful and accommodating. Was not pushy which we appreciated. She explained the various benefits of the electric recliner and went out of her way to find the exact colour of leather we were looking for. Would recommend her to anyone searching for good service and products.
