We walked into the Dandenong Plus Sofa to look at couches and we were approached by Sandra who was welcoming and willing to help! She helped us pick the couch, explained the prices and the different options available to us and made us feel really comfortable, she found the perfect medium in helping us but also letting us have a look around at our own pace. We had never been into a plush store before but after being served by sandra we would recommend to all our family and friends.

From the start till the end Belinda from Plush Dandenong was so helpful and the service she provided was excellent, she was so patient and I felt no pressure from her in making a decision. The delivery guys Danny and Sid from Demiri Transport were also fantastic on delivery day, they assembled everything for us and took away all the packaging rubbish so no mess for us. Thank you!

We came back to Plush to purchase a Zara Petite armchair from Lorraine. She was so helpful and genuine - an absolute pleasure to deal with. We'll be back to see her the next time we need another sofa.

After we order a leather lounge from Plush, we had to send it back, due to we were not happy who the leather was pooling. Plush gave us Change of Heart exchange.
Corey was the Plush technicine that suggested that we order a Melbourne lounge in a new fabric, Vogue MACROSOFT. We waited 11 weeks for delivery.
The lounge was delivered on Sat looks lovely.

The service was excellent. The staff at the Dandenong store helped me choose the perfect product after I explained my needs (thank you for being so patient with my rants). I started counting the days from the day I placed my order and finally it arrived! Delivered by Joel and Jason, the perfect team. They came at the exact time they said they would and they texted me the day before which was extremely helpful. They unpacked the couches, positioned them where I wanted them and even put felt protectors on the legs to protect my floor AND they took the rubbish away! How good are these guys! Only popped into the Dandenong store to see what was on offer! Very impressed with the sales knowledge and customer service of Chelsea who walked us through the pros and cons of what we were searching for, and also provided additional images to give us greater confidence in our choices. A very friendly atmosphere which allowed us to navigate the store and find something we liked, without any pushy sales process. The follow up support provided by Dawn was also very helpful. She explained the process in detail and gave me a lot of assistance given we had concerns about the delivery of our new lounge suite. Both Chelsea and Dawn have given me reassurance that purchasing via Plush was the best thing we could have done. Thanks.
