One circuit of the store and i had found what i didnt know i was looking for, had assistance to know options, additional questions answered (by Chelsea who was delightful and helpful), and a quote to take home. A few days late the online order was easy to process and i have a couch coming.... happy with the quality of products in the store. Cant wait to get my couch.

Very easy to navigate the store, great range to choose from. Have not received my sofa's yet but the quality in store looked very good. I have paid to have the delivery guys assemble my sofa's. Sandra, the sales assistant who served me was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. Could not have been more happy with Sandra's service, thank you again.

We had bought our new lounge setting from Plush and the service in house in Dandenong was sensational! Joel and Jason had delivered it right on time and took care in bringing it in and putting it together, very polite and well presented. Took away all the wrapping as well. Made our experience brilliant and will definitely make future purchases with plush and request both Jason and Joel to be making the delivery!

We were looking to buy three lounge suites for our new home. Based on our previous experience (good) we thought of starting our selection from Plush Furniture, Dandenong because they have awesome selection of lounge suites. We were assisted by Lorraine who was very courteous and made us feel comfortable with her excellent customer service skills... She accommodated our inquiries and was very approachable. We have just purchased our lounge suite today from Plush Furniture in Dandenong. We spent approximately an hour yesterday with Rachela and almost as long again today with Lorraine. Both of these ladies are fantastic at their jobs. Product knowledge, attitude, willingness to help, everything about our experience with this store and these two ladies was 10/10!
