I visited Plush in Geelong 6 months ago and fell in love with their style. I received a quote but decided to hold off. I contacted Nick from the store last week after many online visits to check out my preferred sofas. Nick went out of his way to help me again, requote and even advised of up and coming sales so I could save even more on the purchase. He was patient over 4 days of me deliberating, sent me photos, quotes and product infroamtion. I purchased over the phone and could not fault any of the service I recevied. So excited to receive my new sofas!

Great experience buying a new sofa - Nick was very helpful and gave good advice assisting with measurements on our new home plans and with how the sofa i had selected would look. I was provided with information to give to my partner so we could make a decision together with our limited time. Really looking forward to lounging around on our new couch.

i was very satisfied with the store I was assisted by Nick who was very good. We discussed the various lounge suites until i found one that i really liked then we discussed the fabrics different colours etc. Finally found the one all ordered and ready to go. Great job.

Friendly delivery drop where furniture was assembled and rubbish taken away. Couteous call day before delivery and on the day. Ordering process was easy,manufacture time was as qouted. Fabric sensational and has been scotch guarded. 2 seater Mascot in grey charcoal thick cordaroy

Lee provided an amazing service and made the whole process of shopping for new couches very easy. Products on offer from Plush were easily the best in terms of style, comfort and quality compared to other stores we visited in the area. They also provide a great delivery and setup service even taking away packaging rubbish that saves you the headache of a trip to the tip or trying to squeeze into your household rubbish bin. You can purchase with peace of mind at Plush due to their change of heart guarantee and product protection. All in all, couldn't be happier to recommend them.

Bought the Zara 4 seater sofa. And the amount of fluffing required is almost a full time job. The feathers are incredibly difficult to spread out no matter how much you bash, flip and rotate the cushions. And as a result the sofa is sagging in the middle, lumpy and unconfortable. Really disappointing as it’s a great size and looks good. Only lasted a month or so before this issue arose.

Ordered a Snuggle couch from Plush Sofas Geelong. The whole process was very smooth. Danny & Sid from Demiri Transport delivered it. They were great, communicating an exact arrival time, very respectfully entering the house and setting it up. Couldn’t be happier!

The store was set out great and the personal service was very good, lots of couches to chose from and plenty of fabric to choose from, I will definitely shop at plush again

Elexcellent service in store. They had heaps of comfy couches to choose from. We fell for the Zara for our first new couch. Delivery was both quick and professinal. Highly recommended.

Choosing a new sofa and chair set was a pleasant and easy experience. On walking into the store, Nick approached us with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Great range and helpful advice provided by Nick. The selection and purchase was quick and easy.

3 x 2 seater Softy Sofa during the 50% sale and we are very happy with the price and quality. Time frame from purchase to delivery was accurate.
Jonathan & Jose who delivered our sofas were very professional, polite, tidy and even took the rubbish away. They ensured the sofa legs and felt were attached and set up correctly.They gave us a time frame of 3 hours and arrived within that time.

Appreciate the excellent customer service both instore when selecting our sofa, right through to keeping us informed on status of our order and contacting us within the time frame they gave us when we placed the order, to arrange delivery. Today we continue to be impressed with Jonathan and Jose when they delivered our sofa. We live on a tricky block and you need to climb up up up and they did it with a smile with no fuss or bother, unwrapped sofa, set it up and removed all the rubbish. Brilliant, most grateful.
