Appreciate the excellent customer service both instore when selecting our sofa, right through to keeping us informed on status of our order and contacting us within the time frame they gave us when we placed the order, to arrange delivery. Today we continue to be impressed with Jonathan and Jose when they delivered our sofa. We live on a tricky block and you need to climb up up up and they did it with a smile with no fuss or bother, unwrapped sofa, set it up and removed all the rubbish. Brilliant, most grateful.

I have been searching for some time for a comfortable, affordable lounge. Nick from Waurn Ponds was fantastic with his knowledge and assistance regarding my purchase. I am yet to receive my lounge as it is on order, but very much looking forward to it's delivery.

We have ordered our lounge suite. We had definite ideas on what we wanted and Lee in Geelong was fabulous at pointing us to ones that may suit. We could not speak highly enough of Lee and her knowledge. We loved the comfort and the quality. All good. However....we then discovered it was not going to fit through our doors in the configuration we had chosen - Lee to the rescue. Lee worked out that we could actually do a modular that would give us exactly the same look - and it would fit through our doors!! Cannot wait till we receive our gorgeous new lounge suite - thanks to Lee and Plush Geelong.

My wife and I called in to Plush Geelong to look at a couch and occasional chairs which we had viewed online. We were attended to my Nick, who was very helpful and Knowledgeable and went out of his way to bring the chairs over to the couch for comparison and matching purposes. If the quality of the products match the service we received from Nick we will be well pleased. Looking forward to confirmation of the delivery date.

We went to the Geelong store looking for a Snuggle chair and ended up getting a lounge as well, for the price quality and discounts we were offered we couldn’t resist. We were served by Maria who would have to be one of the best store assistance I have had in a long time,extremely helpful gave as space when needed and really new her stuff. Thanks Maria

Maria at the Geelong store was extremely helpful with all aspects of our purchase of the Cooper Modular. We didn’t think it would fit in our space at home so she showed as all the different options of configurations and sizes so we could measure it up properly. We were able find a configuration that worked and just made the order over the phone to save a trip back to store and to also lock in the order on the last day of the extra 5% promotion. Looking forward to delivery day:)

The experience from walking in the door to sitting on our new couch in our lounge was nothing but first class. The staff at the Geelong store were helpful without being overbearing, allowing us time to work through the options and not pressuring us to make a decision. Jonathan and Jose were then the perfect delivery men, arrived on time, were friendly (and funny), setting everything up and explaining how everything worked before they left. The couch is outstanding, high quality that you can see and feel from the second you sit on your leather couch. May cost a little more, but worth it for the quality.

Having shopped around Plush’s sofas are incredibly comfortable and the range very broad to suit all tastes. Russell at Plush Geelong was also extremely friendly and helpful. The ability to easily customise designs is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The process was very easy, the staff were incredibly helpful during the process of selecting a couch/fabric/colour etc. They even accommodated a colour change a week later and were very patient with the numerous phones calls to and fro. The delivery process was fantastic, Jonathan and Brandon did a fantastic job lugging our couch up a flight of stairs, assembling the couch in the way that we wanted and then taking all of the packaging with them. The whole operation was incredibly professional, we are absolutely thrilled with our couch and with the service from Plush.
