We had very positive experiences visiting the store and being guided by extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. We made our purchase, and upon delivery Blake was outstanding and patient in delivering our items and assembling them, as well as cleaning and taking away all packaging. Would definitely recommend to others!

After looking for a new sofa for over 6 months with the excellent service at Plush Moorabbin my choice was an enjoyable experience. Salesperson Flamur was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without overwhelming me with technical details ( which had been my experience during the search) also thank you again Flamur for your patience and help on choosing the fabric for my sofa.
And last but certainly not least the delivery and installation of my sofa today by Jonathon and Jose was done in professional manner with a minimum of fuss - thank you

We love our sofa.
Bonny was very helpful and friendly. She took her time to move cushions and mix and match so that we could see what our sofa would look like.
The sofa was ready about 2 weeks before schedule so we had it in no time.
Joel and Jason delivered within the 2 hour window as promised. They were fast in setting up and made sure it was where I wanted it to go.
They also took away all the rubbish which saved me a trip to the tip. Big advantage.
All in all a great experience

Ordered two occasional chairs from Plush (Moorabbin) – so lovely and comfy! Delivered by Jonathan and Jose who did an amazing job, right down to putting felt dots on the bottoms of the chairs to protect my newly polished floors. Really appreciate the service.

On the 1st July we visited your store and was greeted by Sheena.Over the next ninety minutes we were shown a range of lounge suites within the perimeters we had given.Sheena's product knowledge was first class,her patience in taking the time to explain the various products and answer our numerous queries made for not only a very pleasant experience but also made us feel very comfortable with the decision we arrived at.This ultimately resulted in a sale for the company and saved us a great deal of time,a win,win for both parties....Thanks again Sheena.
