I ended up at Plush as they were the only ones who offered a different style of lounge to all the others, along with colours and custom variations to suit. Then Leona at Moorrabin put up with me going backwards and forwards, even after my initial order, to change my mind. Leona and all the team there, could not have been more professional, friendly and understanding if they tried! I'm looking forward to receiving my lounge in May :-)

We purchased our suite in store with David G who was very helpful and provided a professional service with organising our Plush-shield 5 year fabric protection. We received our gorgeous ZARA suite yesterday and we couldnt be happier, just perfect for our lounge area. The delivery guys and Blake were super in bringing it up the stairs was no problem as a bit too large for the lift, Sorry Guys. We were also provided with a brochure of home care tips to look after our very comfortable brand new lounge suite.

I bought a couch from Frank at Plush Richmond a few weeks ago but had previously browsed and asked my million questions to David G at the Moorabbin store. Between the two of them it couldn’t have been easier and I’m really happy with the choice I (finally) made. Having such an easy experience for a big purchase was a dream.

Had my Plush furniture delivered by Jonahtan and Blake. They were polite, careful of our property and highly efficient and professional in their service. They assembled the furniture on site and took away the rubbish. A great service from start to finish.

David Gundry at the Moorabbin store was very impressive. His product knowledge and listening skills made us feel 100% confident we made the right decision with our new lounge suite order. We were very comfortable throughout the process.

We visited Plush Moorabbin 3 times over the Christmas Holidays and each time was greeted with a friendly smile by Leona. Nothing was to much trouble and Leona was very knowledgeable and helpful assisting us with our multiply rooms and providing varied options. I recommend going and seeing Leona to guide you through your descision making.

Good advice regarding room size and what sofas would work best. Also a very nice assistant to deal with, nothing was a problem even changing the delivery date twice. Highly recommend Plush Moorabbin.

I have 2 fabric couches - a 3.5 seater & 3 seater. I receive compliments from every visitor on how great they look. They were about half cost of Kings couches and I think they look better! 9 months of wear and they look brand new.
Delivery was easy - all the packaging was taken away; communication was excellent all the way through.

We received our velvet Snuggle chairs today. Love love - cannot wait to use. Joel and Jason were on time, fast & unpacked upstairs with a smile. Thanks guys and thanks Plush ;)

Great service from Plush from start to finish. Sales person at Moorabbin was so helpful. Communication throughout the wait for the couch to be made was really good. Received delivery of my new lounge today! Blake was very professional, punctual and a polite young man. I am on crutches after fracturing my ankle, Blake without needing to be asked arranged my sofa and coffee table for my easy access and to my liking. Thank you.

Ordered a couch from Plush. Joel and Jason came to deliver the couch on a weekend! Messaged us when they were close. They removed the giant cardboard box and set up the couch great service

plush have so many choice when you want to purchase a high quality sofa，especially good service here，not only give comprehensive introduction also patiently explain about waiting period and maintainance! perfect store！

Bought 2 couches paid in full, and then heard nothing, after 3 weeks I called to get some kinda of ETA and the “manager” tells me
“a machine has broken down”
and they can’t give me any kind of time on when I can expect my couches.

I even offered to purchase the floor stock and was told no “either I can wait or get a full refund” they ate my options.

No care or consideration at all, just I’m sorry it’s not my fault these things happen.

What’s the point on having floor stock if you can’t deliver the goods in a reasonable amount of time.
