Shepparton Plush store is light, open and the furniture is very well displayed

Love the modular/unit type of lounge suite, it is very comfortable without being too soft & fits our room beautifully

My initial contact was with Danielle on the phone. She was a pleasure to deal with and emailed me some quotes with specifications. I called into the Shepparton store a few days later where I met Danielle again to assist me with my selection of styles and coverings. Her product knowledge was excellent and very helpful with my selection. I am now looking forward to delivery of my sofas

Danielle was particularly helpful in store and demonstrated great product knowledge, service and advice. Delivery was on time, assembled efficiently and all packaging material was removed. All in all, a very good experience. Well worth the drive from Bendigo.

Daniell was great. We spent an hour wit her and Were very pleased with our purchase.
Only drawback was the waiting time on delivery. Understandable that it was being made in China and then shipped here.

I was overwhelmed when I first walked into the Plush store but Danielle greeted us straight away and made the experience an enjoyable one. She asked us what we were looking for, showed us all our options and stayed with us answering all our questions until we made our decision. She knew the product range well and helped with every detail. Would definitely shop there again.

We just went into the store when we happened to see it, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. When we came back the next day after some research, the staff gave us lots of help on guiding with the good size/material/quality of the sofa. And they are really good with our 20 months super energetic son. The sofa quality is better than lots of other furniture shop and the price (with the end of year sale) is even cheaper! Great experience and professional staffs!

Having been very happy with the comfort and durability of the Plush couch that we bought some 10 years ago, we again returned to the Shepparton store for our recent furniture shopping.
Danielle was extremely helpfull providing suggestions of available options including styles and combinations of modular components to best fit our specific size and shaped area that we were looking to furnish.
