We were attended by Toni on the day and she was very friendly and helpful. We could not fault the service at the Myaree store - easy process from start to finish! I had to call the store back as we had some further queries and again the service from the Myaree store was excellent and Larry was able to answer all questions. We are still waiting for delivery of our sofa so have yet to try the product but hopefully it will be as good as what we experienced at the store.

I purchased a Cooper modular lounge suite yesterday. It will arrive in December. Larry the store Manager showed us around the store at Myaree. He was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Thank you to the staff from the Plush in Myaree store for my new Carlton theatre suite! We cannot wait for December to come now! New couch for our new house!

The service was excellent. Mel had very good product and fabric knowledge which really helped us choose the right chair. We will be waiting for our snuggle chair to arrive and plan to purchase another sofa after her very experienced input.

The service in-store was great. We visited the store three times and were well taken care of each time. The couches are attractive. We chose the West Coast Malibu and are pretty happy. It's only been a week since we've had it, so there's still time before I can comment on the reliability.

Mel helped me select 2 sofas at Plush. She was really enthusiastic and helpful without being pushy. I felt very satisfied when I left the store. Can’t wait to enjoy them!

Bryanna was so great at helping me choose the perfect sofa for my house! She showed me around the beautiful, clean showroom, explaining the configuration options of each modular sofa, and the fabric options. She was so patient when I was choosing the colour, and showed it to me in all different lightings, and with other furniture. Would 100% recommend Plush to anyone looking to buy a new sofa, and can't wait to get mine!

Larry was very helpful, he and his colleague showed us all the options we had to choose from, whether we wanted fabric or leather, and explained us very well the difference in prices. He made sure we were happy with our colour selection and had pretty good suggestions that we really appreciated. We wish the lead time were shorter, cannot wait to have them already to finish off our livingroom.
