Pre-construction
We are in the pre-construction phase with Rawson. Although we were delayed, we were kept up to date regularly and communication was good which made the process less stressful and our questions were answered promptly. We are very excited to now be a step closer to building our beautiful home.

Preconstruction review
Good afternoon
We are building with Rawson in Fern bay, Newcastle and Carla is our senior preconstruction administrator. She is just such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much of a hassle for her, her response to queries are very quick and she goes out of her way to answer every question doesn’t matter how silly .. She is a great asset to Rawson and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to see the end result of our house :)

Rick is a great supervisor
Rick has been great communicator and very up to date. Considering some of the delays we have had none of which are Rick's fault he has kept everything on track. And answered many really interesting questions without any complaint. He has fixed all the problems that have arisen and worked outside his scope to complete this build.

Amazing home + incredible service!
We have just moved in to our new Rawson home in the Newcastle area and couldn't be happier!
Our first experience with Rawson was walking into a display and we were greeted by Kate, one of the lovely sales team. Kate was friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. Kate helped us through the first stage of our plans. Kate really went above and beyond for us, she was just amazing! A quality home that receives positive remarks from everyone who enters.
The quality of our home build is excellent. The extras included in the orange package are very up market and add value to our home. Constructed quicker than the build date by 2 months! Great communication on updates of the build with project manager.
Customer service at the planning stages was very thorough and the range on offer for fittings was very good although we did choose tiles that weren't in the house build package to personalise our home to our own style.

A good experience from start to finish
I am really pleased with the overall workmansjip of Rawson Homes. We've even had friends tell us how impressed they are with the build quality. I especially appreciated the regular communication from the site manager and the prompt response to any questions we had. I have already been telling family and friends how pleased we are with the experience of buolding with Rawsons.

Dream Build
We have been in our lovely Oxford 25 for 9 months now and are loving every bit of it. From start to finish was a pleasure dealing with Rawson Homes. The girls in the office were so friendly and helpful through the whole process any little problems we had was fixed within days and they always rang to make sure we were happy. Enjoyable Experience from start to finish
From the time construction started everything ran along smoothly.
Our site Manager Greg was very professional in his approach, throughout the complete building process.
Greg was very informative of each up coming stage, and was always approachable and available to answer any queries. His attention to detail, and organisation ensured all trades were well co-ordinated and each stage ran on time.

A place to call "Home"
The workmanship and quality of our Rawson built home was of a high standard. Our build was really well managed as we had a very understanding, supportive and competent foreman. At our first meeting with our foreman, we let him know how anxious we were with the thought of building, as this was the first time at our age that we had ever built and we really wanted it to turn out right. The build turned out amazing! The support and customer service from Rawson's was very down to earth and the best part was that everyone always listened to us and they were all on our level of "thinking".

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Rawson's. They have made this whole journey seamless. They have been really supportive, accommodating and offered their expert advice without imposing on our decisions. The pre-construction phase was handled expertly by the girls in the office. the guys who have kept us well informed at each stage. There have been a couple of minor hiccups with the fridge recess not to plan and the fact that we missed some extra light fittings needed. However the guys have fixed this and allowed us to add in some last minute electric work while we still could. We now await handover which is a matter weeks away and we're feeling confident that it will all be perfect and we can't wait to get into our dream home. Rawson have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I am up to the fit out stage of my build and so far i cannot fault rawson one bit. Every one of the tradesman have been there on time if not ahead of schedule. I am dealing with Rick agostino who usually looks after the hunter valley builds but has offered a hand in the port Stevens Newcastle area because of the demand for houses and for someone to take on double the work load he is quick to respond if I have any questions and still on top of everything, I have done a few walk through with him and he has explained everything and has doubled ch...Read more

I have got friends building at the moment with other builders as well and even they are impressed with the response time and level of detail Rick has gone to (one even said if they build again it will be with rawson and will ask for Rick). The customer service has been great also from picking the house design to going into the Newcastle office and picking colours everyone was so helpful and accommodating.
