Visited the Brighton store a week ago and within a minute of being greeted by Janine I knew I had come to the right place. Her ability to focus solely on my needs enabled a swift and correct decision to be made. Highly recommend.

Went to the store to get advice on a new Queen bed and had wonderful service and advice on what would best suit our needs. Janine asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for, whether we had any back problems etc and then showed us the way the different mattresses are made. We then tried out several beds for over an hour and there was no pressure to buy during the time. Once we decided what would best suit our needs Janine confirmed that our purchase was what would be best for our sleeping habits. Since the bed was delivered as agreed and set up some 7 days ago we could not be happier with our purchase to date and it is good to know that if we are unhappy with the mattress over the next 12 months we are able to change it.

We purchased a king size mattress a few years ago. It has 5 zones and as such being a short person ( I’m 5 ft 1”I could not get the zones to fit in to my body. I found it uncomfortable.
We persevered for 2 years with the mattress as my husband found he slept alright on it.
We went on holidays for 3 weeks and when I came back every morning I woke up feeling like I needed to go to bed, my body was exhausted from the bed and not sleeping comfortably on it.

We have put it in the spare bedroom for visitors & purchased a mattress from somewhere else.

Anthony was very patient as he helped us find the perfect mattresses for our family. He knows the range of products well. The mattresses and bed bases are great quality. We are happy customers once again.

Exceptional service by Janine Richards! Been searching for a suitable mattress for years. After paying heaps and purchasing one from elsewhere that did not live to expectation and worsen my situation, I finally found one that suited me for my neck,lumbar and hip issue from Regal. Janine was not pushy to sell but was genuinely helpful and sincere. Janine understands my neck and back issue and provided me product knowledge of what mattress suits me best. Walking in to this Brighton East store and speaking to her is like speaking to your family. She even went all the way to help me load and Tetris fit into my car! We have visited the brighton east store on two occasions now, simply because after the first time we needed time to think about our future purchase. Both times Dave Hughes has been very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy with his service. Happy that we finally purchased our mattress and we would consider going back in the future.
