After 15 years on the same Luxury mattress we bought when we first met in London, we decided this year it was time for an upgrade. We did some looking around and took some time, but with a bad back and bad neck in the family, we were not sure. In the end we took a referral from my wives Chiropractor - that was for Regal.
We chose a product and had it delivered a week later - and it wasn't right, we had always had a firm base and it didn't feel right. We called the store and it wasn't long before the regional sales director called me personally...

I found review sites like this pretty handy when researching mattresses, so I thought I'd leave a short review. Went in to RSS Brighton last week and was sold a Healthy Life classic king ensemble. Delivery is next Friday, so I'll have to do another review on the product at a later date. Service was good and the price was right for us and the sales guy even agreed to throw in a couple of pillows and pillow protectors, so we purchased then and there. After I paid however, the sales guy proceeded to tell me that he had made an error with the free ...
Read morepillow deal and could only offer me one (despite handing over 2 pillow protectors). I immediately challenged him for reneging on our deal, but he said I could purchase a second pillow for $129. I ended up letting it go, as it wasn't a deal breaker, but it certainly soured what would have been a pleasant 4 star experience.

I have always had trouble sleeping and to be honest... Snoring! I am a bricklayer and my back has ALWAYS been an issue.
My Physio insisted I give the 'Healthy life' mattress a try as he also has one and is my build 6"3' and and... 'solid'.
I went to the East Brighton, Regal store like he suggested. Got the HLM Plush pillow top. Was a big purchase for me!
The sales chick said 30 days money back gurantee... So I thought... "At worst I get a good night sleep for a month..."
I couldn't give it back!!!!

We purchased a Queen bed + base. Firstly they delivered a double base instead of a queen. Then on the day the replacement base would be delivered they said 12noon, then after a couple of phone calls finally changed delivery time to 4pm. Person at East Brighton store was awful on the phone. No customer service.
