Inone was welcoming and friendly, obviously proud of the range of Regal Sleep mattresses available. She was knowledgable about the variety of mattresses on offer, explaining details of the different components. There was no pressure to choose on the spot, and even though there are Regal Sleep outlets closer to home, we returned to Camberwell to purchase our mattress because of Inone’s friendly and efficient approach.
Delivery was pain free, with a phone call the previous night and again in the morning to confirm delivery time. Installation was helpful and friendly.
How wonderful to have such a comfortable mattress, locally made, from such an efficient outlet.

From helping us choose the right one to ensuring delivery was fast and smooth, he provided top notch service the entire way through. The first week of sleep on our Healthy Life mattress has honestly been life changing. We look forward to getting into bed much more than ever before and find it hard to get up. Matched our needs and although we parted with a little more cash than what was offered at competitors, he gave us great confidence in our purchase. Delivery was quick and efficient. Shopping in store (Camberwell) the staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they obviously are really into beds and pillows. Very comfy showroom, easy to lie on beds and get a feel for the products.

In store purchase of a 50% spinal support mattress and pillow. Staff are friendly and professional, offers different price points of product and the process is very satisfying.

Bridget (camberwell store) was very helpful & not pushy. Delivery was so efficient & Jordan & Callan both very polite. Danny, jourdan & Callan called the day prior (about 2.30 in the afternoon) with estimated delivery time, then prior to delivery - their service was great.
