Customer service was fantastic. Very knowledgable, thorough service, 30 days to return the mattress if you're not happy, how could you go wrong!! Plus, referred by my chiropractor so I know it's suitable. Cannot wait for delivery

Fabulous advice and price.
We have just purchased a bed for our son and Kevin at the Frankston store was so helpful. He made sure that he understood what we were looking for and showed us the options. As well as that, he organised a great price for the package we bought.

Amazing service and great product
Just purchased a Spinal care double mattress for my caravan its the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on, im have just ordered the same one in a king size for my own home bed its that amazing. Thanks to Kevin in Regal Frankston for your knowledge and recommendations on my needs. Great service guys and keep it up, i will surely recommend all friends and family there.

Good service/Amazing products
I was looking for the perfect mattress and I've found it in Regal Sleep. I suffer from back pain and has had terrible sleep until I bought the Queen size Ultimate. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this mattress for anyone who suffer from back pain and lack of sleep. The staff were very helpful, Kevin spent time going through different options that would benefit me.

The only place to shop
Kevin at the frankston store is very knowledgeable about mattresses and patient with customers. The price was amazing, better than you can get online, he made shopping for a bed easy.

Terrible delivery, base wasn't built correctly, mattress is mediocre
Purchased a new bed base and mattress, custom ordered the base to have drawers on a certain side, was made incorrectly and we had to move furniture around to accommodate it (after the first delivery didn't want to deal with a return and wait another month for the base to come).
Got a call night before delivery confirming everything. Got a call the morning of delivery saying they lost the mattress, how that happens overnight I don't know. Told them to deliver the base and then the mattress a few days later when they get it. They couldn't fit t...Read more

Tim Hi Guys, Please take a moment and read the product review found in the link below. It is vital that we keep our delivery standards as high as possible and always higher than anyone else. As soon as standards drop, people take to social media to vent and tell the world. This brings all the hard work up to the point of delivery undone. As a result of the review, we have decided that a new policy is that the delivery drivers must not ask to use the facilities of the customer. If you need to go to the toilet, use a service station or fast food restaurant. We will do whatever we can to make sure the issues the customer is having with the mattress & base are resolved, but it is up to you guys to make sure in future the customer has the best delivery experience they can. As everyone should be aware, the standard is as follows: · Phone call the afternoon/evening before · If no answer a voicemail must be left as well as sending a friendly text message with the time · Arrive on time. If there is a hold up for any reason, keep the customer in the loop with clear and timely communication · Wear the supplied Regal Vest and use the supplied Regal floor mat · Place mattresses on bases and remove rubbish, if ensembles are purchased, these must be set up also · Remain friendly and upbeat, the customer doesn’t care if you have another 18 deliveries As also explained previously if a customer asks to move old mattress or furniture, do it, even if they haven’t paid the store to do it. We will work out the invoicing later. The better the service, the more referrals. This equals more business for us and in turn more business for you. Great experience and top service
I just wanted to let people know that the service I received at the Frankston store was the best I have had in a long time. The consultant was Ben, he was very knowledgeable about the products and made it very easy for us to find what we needed.
I would definitely suggest my friends and family to Regal.

Great experience
Hi Vicki.
I just wanted to let you know that I had a patient come back today with very positive feedback about the service he received at your Frankston store. He didn’t book an appointment (like I told him to) or take his referral in (like I told him to at least do!) but he was very impressed with the service and help that he was given. He even had a hold up on the delivery of his mattress but he was impressed that the factory manager called him personally to let him know there was a delay of a few days. He hasn’t even received his mattress yet and he is already signing your praises!

Fantastic Service great product
I recently purchased a mattress from your Frankston store and it was a little firm, one phone call, to you guys and within a few days it was picked up and a softer one delivered to our door, no questions asked. The new mattress is perfect, and I love the fact that it is Aussie and locally made. I will definitely be recommending you if anyone needs a mattress :)
