I was looking for the perfect mattress and I've found it in Regal Sleep. I suffer from back pain and has had terrible sleep until I bought the Queen size Ultimate. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this mattress for anyone who suffer from back pain and lack of sleep. I just wanted to let you know that I had a patient come back today with very positive feedback about the service he received at your Frankston store. He didn’t book an appointment (like I told him to) or take his referral in (like I told him to at least do!) but he was very impressed with the service and help that he was given. He even had a hold up on the delivery of his mattress but he was impressed that the factory manager called him personally to let him know there was a delay of a few days. He hasn’t even received his mattress yet and he is already signing your praises!

I recently purchased a mattress from your Frankston store and it was a little firm, one phone call, to you guys and within a few days it was picked up and a softer one delivered to our door, no questions asked. The new mattress is perfect, and I love the fact that it is Aussie and locally made. I will definitely be recommending you if anyone needs a mattress :)
