The bed does everything I want it to easy to read control buttons and so comfortable the base of the bed is very strong

Product range is great. The quality is excellent. The assembly was excellent and looked easy, but the company assembled product.

The whole range of buying the product was very smooth and easy. We are very satisfied with the products and the way the men assembled the bed and took the old one away.

We are both immensely satisfied with our beds & chairs that we bought from your company, delivery people were very polite & extremely helpful

Queen bed booth of the mattress tend to move side ways of the bed during the night
When you push them together their is still a overhang of 25 ml booth sides it’s like the bottom unit is not wide enough
Could it be the bottom base is only a double bed not a queen base

Store was easy to find; floor staff well-informed and demonstrated various beds.

A worthy Shonk Award recipient from "Choice". The phone conversation was misleading, suggesting that Revitalife provided various ways of helping to stay in our own home. The sales rep. asked a lot of health issue questions, a number of statements were made without evidence, and finally tried to sell us a bed for $9600 (this price only for today!) and no other ways of helping stay in our own home.
It was nothing but a sales pitch.

Since purchasing the therapeutic double bed and mattress I have slept better and have noticed the problems I had with my reflux and nasal drip have eased considerably.
The mattress is so comfortable it folds around me and has taken away my lower back and hip pain.I awake pain free and more energised.
The delivery guys were so professional and gave good instructions after all was assembled

noisy and rattles when massager is on. It sounds like something is loose or connected loosely. Installer said he pout tape around linkages because they do rattle.

Matttresese keep separating during the night leaving a gap in the middle which is not good when our dogs also sleep on the bed.
i would have to try and push mattress back into position at least 5 times a night.

No sheets arrived with bed and installer gave us incorrect information. they are NOT standard single fitted sheets at all as he claimed, so Avril drove out with one pair but now we have had to go and buy another pair while we wait for the ones you guys promised to appear "in the mail".

Not what i expect from a $10K product.???????

Chair is very comfortable, love the massage options and ease of exit. Some issues with communication and time regarding delivery but has worked out in the end and happy with my purchase.

Everyone sleeps differently but this bed is wonderful you can customise your own needs sleeping so much better in our own position

Our sales rep took us to the office to see the beds.
We only looked at the "King Singles we chose as well as the arm chair.
Love the arm chair and slowly getting used to the beds. However, one remote control does not "work" as of Tuesday evening.
The two men who assembled the beds, were excellent and extremely obliging - excellent advertisement for your firm.
We are waiting for delivery of the sheets.
We assume they are on order.
We would appreciate the examination of the non-working remote please.

My hubby and I could not live will out this bed very happy with the sale person the delivery guys that assemble the bed and made sure very thing was working would high recommend we have never slept better.

Easy to purchase. Range of products fine.
Quality a little dubious as the end metal things fall out every time I make the bed.
The delivery men did the assembly. Instructions were very clear.
I am writing this on behalf of my husband who has Alzheimer’s and as he was the purchaser via a home care package he is the customer. He is very satisfied and happy with the bed but I am not. I have found the mattress far to flimsy and soft having been used to a solid firm bed.
So in summary we are about 75% satisfied.

The bed is very good but i still find it far to expensive for a bed . The delivery guys were very good and the description of the operation of the bed were very clear

the bed is so comfortable and I would recomend it to any one love that I can have my legs up and have a massage at the same time

My distressed terminally ill Mother in law called us stating that this company called her yesterday, she believed that they were from or somehow connected with the Governement. They made arrangements to attend today supposedly with some "goodies" for her. Upon attending they attempted to make a sale and when they were informed that she would need to consult her financial power of attorney rapidly lost interest and left. From the enquiry stage to delivery I had a very good experience. Everyone was helpful and always taking my health in consideration. On the whole I am happy with my investment and in shot week has helped my health a lot

Solid sturdy, we believe good quality beds.
The service man took out the old, vacuumed, and installed the new.
