Thanks for the question SAM, To deactivate the Lock function press both the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The Lock indicator will go out to show that the Lock function is no longer active. The Lock function can be deactivated at any time in this manner.

Thanks for the question Montechel, has the heater been serviced recently? We recommend all gas appliances are serviced every 2 years to ensure optimal safety and performance. A build up of dirt and debris on the fan can cause excess noise.

The fan on the unit is automatic and set by the heater depending on the output required for the temperature selected, this cannot by overridden.

Thanks for the question Shae, error code 12 usually indicates an issue with gas supply to the unit. If you have another outlet you can test if this works with the heater or a service call maybe required.

Thanks for the question Al S, the Avenger 25 Plus has an added electrical element which adds another 2kw of power to the unit, great for a quick heating boost. The plus also offers thermostatic temperature control so you can set the temperature and the unit will turn off when the temperature is reached.
