Almost instant heat

published

I have the largest in the range that does not need a flue. My loungeroom is approximately 5 metres x 8 metres and the adjoining dining room is of a similar size. There is an open kitchen next to the dining room and no doors. This heater not only heats all of the downstairs area comfortably, it heats upstairs as well. I purchased the heater about 8 years ago from The Good Guys and it is highly recommended

Purchased in June 2021 at The Good Guys for A$895.00.

Perfect heating solution

published

Purchased the Avenger 25 Plus 15 months ago. Heats a large open plan kitchen/dining/family room area on the "gas economy mode" very comfortably and efficiently. Usually set only on 19-20-21 degs. subject to outside temperature. Very happy with performance and highly recommend.

Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman.

Hi Dancer, thanks for the question. Error code 70 is a fault with the on and off switch and will require a service call to fix. You can book online on the Rinnai website, 24 hours a day.

Thanks

Why is there a red light flashing when I turn on my Rinnai Avenger 25plus

Hi Dancer, if the heater is not turning on and you have the red flashing light, it generally indicates there has been an error in the starting process. In the display there would be a 2 digit fault code which will indicate the issue.

You can check this code in the user manual received with the unit, the online version can be found on the Rinnai website. A service call may be required depending on the error.

Thanks

Avenger 25Plus AV25PN (Natural Gas, White)

We purchased the Rinnai Avenger 25 a couple months ago. We have had a few occasions where we smelt some gas, but in the last 2 days it has become much worse.
I've checked the gas connection, and it's locked in, so not sure what ould be causing this.
How can we test the heater is working properly and is safe to use.
