I bought a lumiskin facial cleanser online on black Friday sale. I received the box which was already open and the charger was missing. I emailed and they said they will either exchange or refund. I went to the parramatta store from where they had sent the product. They were clueless about what to do. They had no stock to exchange nor they refunded me. They sent me back that if they had stock they will call me. The staff was terrible in dealing with my issue and All I could do now to never shop again from this store. It has to be my worst online shopping experience till date.

It was easy to order online, the shaver was delivered the next day and was used as soon as it was charged. It was perfect timing as I was going out that day. The shave was better than I expected from an electric shaver.

Easy online transaction. Excellent selection of products and price points to suit everyone. Products sent from the Bendigo store in a timely fashion and very well packaged in bubble wrap and boxed to ensure the procuct arrived safely.

Shaver Shop's online store was great. A comprehensive description of each item is provided, along with user reviews of each item. My parcel came from the Belconnen ACT store and arrived within 3 days of placing my order. What I had ordered was also carefully protected and packaged. The staff at the store had clearly gone out of their way to ensure my product would not be damaged in the shipping process. Well done, would use this again for sure.

Wasted my time to buy a shaver online. Payment done successfully via paypal and then they asked invoice id and without any explanation i saw a paypal email saying they refunded my money!!. Now i have to wait days to get my money back

I have had purchased epil online from the shaver shop about 2 weeks ago and still did not receive it.
I called customer service phone and they gave me the phone number of the shop it been shipped from and when i get in touch with the shop they asked me to contact Australian post office. So i have to spend half of my day just to call from one person to another and do their job for them.

Hi I ordered product from online store, got the confirmation as Order number O_00138739 but it never came to me. I tried calling multiple office and every time get a different number of head office to call and no one at other end . Left voice mail and sent mail to support, it’s more then few weeks no response.

Never try online from this store.

I purchased a Panasonic shaver, which was on special, via the Shaver Shop online portal on 4/1/18. By registering for the first time I was provided with a $10 discount for my first online order. I also purchased a bottle of shaving cream on the same order. The online ordering process was very easy. My order was over $100 which entitled me to free postage. The package arrived soon after ordering it, on 10/1/18. Overall this shopping experience was extremely easy and I was impressed with the service. Thank you Shaver Shop.

I have ordered something online but still not delivered since 24 May. I have contacted shaver shop and called customer service but no one bothered to follow up. Very disappointed and will not recommend to buy from shaver shop online ever again. You guys need to do better than this.

Bought this product online from the shavershop website.. It was sent out to me very fast from the Blacktown shop and i received it well. Loved the customer support and the responsiveness of the shaver shop. So happy to have invested in this product. Its definitely value for money. Battery lasts long too. Great thing is you can use it wet or dry which makes it so much easier to clean.

Waited 2 weeks and the item was never sent, never replied to emails, had to get ebay to step in and recover my money, dodgy as hell.
