The stores are well run and user friendly. my family have been in retailing in Australia since then1850s, in my case it was a poor choice of product, not high pressure sales pitch on which I based my purchase. I think in a limited range outlet, the goal should be for long term repeat customers., but the maybe I’m an old fogey.lol aAs I am older 70 plus buying on line is a bonus too, but prperhaps not in this case. The store is easy to find and well signaged.
Great range of high quality products. The layout of the store makes selecting and purchasing a breeze.The staff are attentive and their product knowledge is excellent.

Great service from staff especially the young man serving the morning of November the 27th at Southland. Would certainly go back into the store again if he was there.

Directed to the shaver wanted, and found a greater range than in another store... and the quality of the product relates to the brand name.

The sales lady helped me choose my gifts the range was fantastic and I managed to find a gift for all my family. The quality of the products look good and hopefully The feedback I get from after I have given the gifts out will be good to.

I found The Shaver Shop was a bit difficult to find, only because I don't frequent Pacific Fair hardly ever. I feel it is a very large shopping complex and I had to get a map and ask directions...but then that is just me. Once I reached my destination, with a sigh of relief, the walk was worth it as was greeted by Michael the salesman who was very pleasant and helpful.

Great store, didn't realise how many products you had.Service was perfect, well mannered young man ordered the product in as, there were no more in stock at that store .Exactly what I wanted.

The store at uni hill is very clean and excellently presented. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products

I was looking for a charger for the shaver cause I lost mine. The staff was condescending about me losing my charger and said “you’ve got to be kidding me man, don’t you know how to keep your stuff properly?”. He offered to look for a charger from one of the display models and wanted to charge me $99.95 for an “obviously used charger”. I literally spent 2 minutes in the store and walked out. Never again.

Rose the store manager was very polite and very professional. She offered me great advice and asked me to return if I had further questions or problems.I received excellent customer service.( Very rare these days)

After visiting the Plenty Valley Shaver Shop Store multiple times and leaving feeling extremely disappointed we decided to give the Epping Pacific Store a go. James (Store Manager) is fantastic! He is so easy to deal with and was able to resolve our issue immediately while providing excellent customer service. I wouldn't go to any other store.

The store has an excellent range of goods as well as great prices. The stock is displayed in a manner that is easy to see. The staff offer fantastic service and are very friendly.
