Don't believe a thing they say. Told them our budget. Yes $10 000 no problem. Had to chase up site after 3 months ... they had no contact. Never hear from them after deposit paid. After site .. no problem, level land, perfect site - $4000 more than initial quote. Waste of time. Deceipttful from start to finish. A waste of 3 months.

Poor Communication, paid the money in full to guarantee delivery and that was the last I heard from them.
I had to chase Sheds n Homes to confirm the delivery and was told it was not coming due to It not fitting on the truck which was a lie, I rang Metroll the supplier, turns out it had not even been fabricated and would be at least three weeks before it would arrive. Sheds n Homes still haven't called to even confirm if the shed has arrived.
Stay Away.

Dodgy receipting & unreliable service.
ShedsnHomes Nowra nominated an Assembler/Builder for the SteelChief shed I purchased from them on 21-8-2020 (see separate review on SteelChief gabled shed - 3 stars).

CAUTION: SHEDSnHOMES do not inform you that they only SUPPLY and that the concreting, delivery, installation of their sheds is contracted and they will not receipt or warranty that work.

Thanks to the friendly team Mark Jane and Michael at Sheds n Homes Nowra my shed was completed with minimal fuss to quality and standard beyond my expectations. The process was very simple as they handled all the complexities and built me an amazing shed. Builders where's second-to-none. IM STOKED!

What a horrible experience!
I paid the deposit for my shed in May ‘17 but as I used the ShedsNHomes recommended concretor, that was my first mistake.
In November the shed construction began but with a subcontractor, not ShedsNHomes own team. I was told by [name removed] of ShedsNHomes Gosford that it would take three days to put up, the subcontractor said it would take ten days. After a week I received a progress payment invoice for 60% of the construct but only 20% of the shed was complete. The sub contractor was off doing carports, goodness ...

I Didn't know that much about getting a large shed built. Sam from the Malaga branch handled everything from design, block clearing, slab construction to council approval. Prices and quality are excellent. If your looking for a shed you gotta talk to Sam.....great to have someone you can trust handling your project.

Sheds n Homes Kempsey built our 2 car garage with carport.

We decided on Sheds and Homes to build our 'Shouse'. The use of two skillion roof sheds that we have had approved to live in.
Michael in the office was very helpful from start to finish.
The 'Shouse' is amazing, time frames adhered to, professional construction, great quality.
My only concern was their inability to clarify exact costs prior to construction, estimates where given but then some significant additional costs in regard to construction and concrete were added. I was able to liaise with them and they listened to my concerns and hopefully will improve their quoting services for future customers.

After our daughter and son-in-law built with Shed N Homes and they we happy with their shed we also decided to use the for our shed and we were very happy with the build everyone was very efficient and the customer service was exceptional, Jamie's service and patience was fantastic and we would recommend Shed n Homes to everyone.

All aspects of my dealing with Sheds and Homes was professional and supportive. The customer service provided was excellent and followup quick and professional. The build was good and the quality of the finished product was what I expected. Paul the owner of the business was always available and ensured that the finished job was to the standard of what we and he expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheds and Homes to anyone who is looking for a quality shed.

Our shed hasn't as yet been completed but customer service so far has been excellent and we hope to have our shed completed by the middle of February if the continued service is as good as the previous service and the workmanship is as it has been promised we will be very happy with our purchase, we are looking forward to having it completed.

It was an excellent experience from concept, design, suggestions and implementation. The workmanship was professional and efficient. The management was great, we were kept up to date the whole way through and suggestions were made for the design that we hadn't thought of. The customer service was awesome, from site inspection and help with slab layout to follow through. This team is highly recommended.
