The only thing is that a couple of days later instead of receiving the treatment plan, I got an email asking for more photos of my mouth. I doubt that home made pictures can be better than the ones made at their office, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed hoping it will suffice.

I felt really relaxed and Jo from Ruggerah was great. I felt like I could talk to her all day. Their service was really great and I can't wait to start and see my dream teeth come true! Thanks Smile direct

Overall great experience. Akrithi and Marsel were very helpful with all the queries. The process was hazzle free and the 3D procedure was done with minimum fuss. There was no forceful sales pitch.
