The staffs were very amicable and pleasant to meet. They were energetic and genuinely eager to help. My smile direct guide was exceptionally friendly and had amazing interpersonal skills. I felt much better after interacting with her and totally satisfied with the customer care.

Staff were extremely professional and courteous. Jo walked me through the process and happily answered any questions. The 3D scan was so simple and easy. Tayla checked my scans before I left the appointment just to check they had everything, and that is great quality control.

I went for a Scan and really great service overall with SmileGuide Nhidi, but waiting to test out product when it arrives in 4 - 5 weeks as it has not arrived.

Went in today to get my 3D scan and I was greeted by a lovely staff, Melanie was the one that did my scan and she was awesome explained every step of the process and how everything works, highly recommended if anyone was thinking of going with them.

I am very disappointed with my retainers not fitting. I was so happy that my z6 month’s came to and end and very excited I was going to only have to wear my retainers for 2 weeks then only wear at night
So now I have to continue to wear the Last aligners I have been wearing for the last 3 and a half weeks and will have to continue until my new retainers are sent
