After 6 months today I’ve had to have a rescan as my bottom aligners have not been fitting or have been breaking. My progress is slow, but like students learning journey, my Smile Plan will take a little longer!

Great service from booking to initial consult - ran through the process, friendly and very easy to get up and running. Very efficient and intelligent technology. Getting into my family dentist or orthodontist is always a struggle and never seems to fit my schedule.
Looking forward to starting the process with aligners being sent direct and no more follow up visits necessary until the final product.

For the bad points, location to the kids play area and having no doors on the front of the shop made it hard at time to hear, something that needs to address sooner rather then later

Incredible service! From the moment I clicked on the ad to walking out of my appointment I was amazed and impressed with how smooth and easy the whole process was. You guys have literally thought of everything. I even got a free teeth whitening kit and lip balm! My smile guide Alice was so lovely and friendly and really clearly explained everything that was going to happen. At first I was quite nervous for my first consultation but Nihdi & Simone were both not only very warm and welcoming but also professional.
