Not one of the many questions I ask was too much for her and when I picked up the mattress the next day swift, efficient service was provide once again. Have never slept better! Recently bought a king size mattress from snooze. Christie went above and beyond to make sure she could help/give advice in anyway possible, from walking in the store to getting the mattress delivered.

WOW!! What a Fantastic Store. I went into Snooze at DFO in Cairns and was met by the VERY friendly Store Manager Christie! She is so knowledgeable and really knows her stuff!! I walked away one very happy customer and wow did I have a great night sleep on my new mattress and pillows. I would Highly recommend visiting Christie and her team if you are looking at upgrading your bedroom :) 5 STARS!!!

Snooze had exactly what I wanted and more,stock on the floor was beautifully presented. Quality of the bunks was amazing. Very happy with this store. Staff where friendly and lovely.

We went in to have a look. Had all of our questions answered, bought a bed frame and had it delivered 2 days later. Great communication from start to finish. The Cairns DFO team should be really proud.
