Had my new bed frame delivered and set up today by the team from Snooze Marion. Very quick and efficient and on time, took away my old bed base as well. All done in about 20 minutes, cannot recommend them enough

It was an easy and pain free shopping experience mainly due to the salesman Yogi. Couldn't fault him just excellent.

Staff weren't pushy but most helpful. They had a good knowledge base on the product. They explained the delivery process and kept to their word on the time line.

We called into Snooze Marion on a whim and walked out with a new mattress. Despite the store being busy we felt valued as customers and were shown a number of options to choose from. Price negotiations were smooth and we were happy with the deal we got. After sales service was great. We were kept informed and after booking the delivery day received confirmation texts with a reasonable window for delivery. The delivery drivers were prompt and courteous, took away our old mattress and unwrapped the new, put it in place and took the rubbish away with them. We were impressed with the overall service proposition and love the mattress we chose.

The bed was assemble for me by two very nice men and all packaging was taken away.

The sales people were very professional and convinced us that the Australian made product would be of the highest quality but when delivered it was a little disappointing. No pre drilled holes, size of wood compared to gap made it difficult to know where to drill. Thank God we had a drill as this was not made clear that it was a requirement. Very simple construction for the price paid and padding is not all even. Delivery men were pleasant and punctual.

We have been thinking of upgrading our bedroom furniture for a while but we were uninspired and couldn't find anything we liked. On returning to the car from another store we decide to have a quick look in Snooze at Marion SA.

About an hour later thanks to the outstanding help and advice from Dana and Jordie our problems were solved and we have new bedroom furniture on the way!

This is the second major purchase we have made with Snooze and their service and pricing wind out every time.

Good experience from the staff in store to the delivery guys. Found something unusual and was Australian made as a bonus. Unfortunately the manufacturer is closing after many years.
Both Snooze & the factory helping us get an extra piece before it’s too late.
Such a shame to have one less Australian manufacturer around, looks like good quality furniture.

Went to snooze Marion store and spoke with yogi he was very helpful on helping me choose a bed for my 17 yr old son who is having major back surgery next month I was looking for a bed that would be good also for me I and easily get my son out of after his operation being so tall we wanted a bed that was higher so less strain on both our backs so we purchased a Sealy Posturematic we got it a week earlier than expected so that’s what I call service looking forward to seeing how my son sleeps his first night in his new bed
