Unreliable delivery - poor post sale service
Purchased mattress and base from Chadstone 9 Jan. [name removed] was super and said item would be available 2 weeks at most. If there were any problems was promised to be informed. Then silence. I called Mon 19th and was told supplier would deliver to store on Thursday 24th then to my home Sat 26. [name removed] promised to keep me informed if there was any change. Again silence. I called store 4pm Thurs 24th to be told that supplier still not delivered to them and earliest ETA would be Tues 29 so not before Sat 2nd Feb to my home. Was told th...Read more
at they had continual problems with this supplier - that I was one of 10 customers let down today and that this supplier has a reputation of being unreliable. Tues 29 again up to me to chase them despite having received communication from Head Office in response to myproductreview.com post that the franchiser had been alerted to my issue. No surprise news still haven’t received item from supplier. [name removed] promised to follow up by tomorrow. Thanks Snooze Chadstone for not being so upfront at time of purchase. Why make assurances or sales when you can’t deliver . You need to fix your own problems with supply and I expect for you arrange direct delivery to home from your supplier at your expense.

Don't purchase a mattress there
Purchased a Madison mattress worth over $4000 and have had severe back issues ever since. I have now found out that it is definitely the mattress causing it. Snooze are unable to do anything about this and i have spoken to them. Do not buy a mattress here. Shop somewhere that has a money back or trial option!

Sleazy dodgy sales people.
WATCH OUT! Capt Snooze are worse than sleazy used car sales people. My ex made the mistake of paying a deposit and signing for a bed after a home show in Melbourne where they promote a half price sale. Sucked in. At half price they are still way over priced. After splitting with my ex she did not take delivery of the bed and lost the deposit. Even though I had not signed anything, I was subjected to threatening calls, warning me that if I did not pay for the bed they would sue me. I referred them to my solicitor and have not heard anything since. Not smart business. I warn everyone I know now. Interesting that Capt Snooze don't seem to have a facebook page or a google ad. It would be flooded with poor ratings.

Simply amazing!
Recently due to a flood had to replace all my bedding with so much stress involved I went straight to Snooze at Southwharf to enquire about a previous purchase, the Store Manager was nothing short of amazing. She looked our our records complete with all our purchase information and had the bed out to us the very next week. IT was incredible they showed empathy in our situation and provided us with exceptional Customer Service that I had not experience at any store previously and probably never will again. Their beds are by far the best quality so I would never ever shop anywhere else ! thank you South Wharf Snooze I hope everyone gets a taste from you what true service and quality is

Amazing Service
Alex is absolutely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently explained the difference between the products and helped us try and find the right mattress. The price negotiation was hassle-free and we were really happy with his offer (compare with what we got from HN and Domayne). We were impressed with Alex's service and would highly recommend it.

With their 30% off deal - found exactly what I needed within the price range that I wanted too.

Kylie at the traralgon store was extremely helpful with selecting the right product for me, and very well informed on what was needed to make the most of my new pillow and bed. Excellent product range and service
We had a custom arrangement made up for us. Easy to order and staff were most helpful.
Product assembled by Snooze staff on delivery. Very courteous efficient and professional delivery staff.
We are very happy with our product and overall customer experience.

Exceptional costumer service and good product
Hi, couple of months a go I purchased mattress for myself and my daughter from Moorabbin store, Cheryl served looked after us, my sister also purchased her bed and mattress from Cheryl, she is very knowledgeable and we received exceptional customer service from her, very respectful lady and delivery was nice and easy, the whole process was perfect, my mum needs mattress too, I will definitely bring her to Cheryl, hopefully she will still be there, thanks a million Cheryl.

Great staff, honest and very helpful
I walked in yesterday looking for a mattress after having a terrible experience from another company. Nathan the manager was a absolute legend. I had all four kids with me and desperately needed to Walk out with a new mattress. Nathan was so so so helpful and so honest about what bed would help me for my back condition and he was so understand and patient when the kids made a ruckus! I walked out with a new mattress and happy a Larry! thank you so so much Nathan. Your a legend! I highly recommend this store and there service is impeccable!!

Still Waiting
I wrote an extremely disappointing review here months ago about the absolute disgusting resolution I had with my clearly defective mattress going by the amount of people who have had the same issue with sinking and dipping of the Maddison regardless of rotating. I had a history and report in prior to apparently spilling something down to the spring so them then taking compete advantage of that regardless of prior reporting and issue and forfeiting my 10 year warranty. Store and delivery
Bought three beds from the Waurn Ponds store, service was exemplary. Had just been to another bedding store prior to Snooze where the staff were less than helpful. Decided not to buy there as a result of the lack of service and total disinterest.
The two men who delivered the beds to my home were also very helpful, rang prior to delivery and set up beds on arrival. Highly recommend the store.
