Ordered swim spa for pleasure and partial investment at a brilliant price.
All information during the purchase including lead times were spot on. Have no issue with customer service as they do get back with the questions needing answering.

We use our spa bath a minimum of 4 days a week. Just add the required product on a weekly basis to maintain the spa. It takes 5 minutes. Super glad we bought this. It's given us extra family time and friends have come over to enjoy as well. Love it!

We attended the Gold Coast Spas Direct store, A lot of stock on display the staff were very helpful. We were able to get all the information we asked about and more from the staff. We took some brochures and went to way to make a decision, which was not hard. We went back the following week and purchased the super California deluxe spa. Due to Covid there was a delay in delivery but that was not Spas Direct fault, it arrived and was very easily installed, again the staff are very helpful. I use my spa weekly due to work during winter and summer and it's super easy to use and maintain once set up. Its just what i need after 12 hours on my feet.

We use our spa 2/3 a week, sometimes a family or as a couple to chill when the kids are in bed.

It is very easy to maintain and takes maybe 5mins a week to complete.

Very happy with our spa from Spas Direct, With inbuilt Bluetooth there's nothing better than relaxing at the end of the day with a drink listening to our favourite tunes.

We use it everyday the kids love it and so do us big kids, and we have found the filter and cleaning very easy to do even when we are not at home!

We use our spa everyday and every night. It is so beautiful to lay in it and look up at the stars. Free massage from the jets and a renewed energy when we get out. Kids love it to play in. We love it it relax in. Little chemicals needed, fantastic buy.

Spas Direct were great at answering questions I had after the purchase of the spa to assist me in set up. It’s such a great way to end the day after a long shift at work.

The Byron bay platinum from spas direct is perfect for a small family, and price beat all others delivery is extra $$ to the verge which I found frustrating and was more $$ to get them to put in place in the garden, so hopefully you can collect from the store. I find the manual difficult to understand very general having never had a spa before. I still can’t figure out how to change the filter or how to play music through the Bluetooth app/ speakers and if I’ve set it correctly so I need to pay someone to come and teach me how to use it properly to get the best out of it. You might be tech savvy so it could be easier for you

We were looking at a few different spa companies. Spas Direct stood out every time. We bought our spa and were using it 3 weeks later. We're in Tasmania so we have our temperature set on 37c during winter and spring. It's so easy to set your preferred temp. I add about a teaspoon of chlorine, rinse the filter and give it a wipe once a week. We use it about 5 days a week. The 2 lounge seats with all the jets relax you so much. I don't think we would handle not having our spa. Buy one and you'll never look back.

A couple of times a week-it’s my happy place now. I had trouble getting started and connected the Bluetooth speakers but I’m a novice and it’s all sorted now and working perfectly.

Set and forget . Use my spa neatly every day and it's spotless . Brilliant for keeping its temperature and dead quiet on auto or snooze mode. 10 / 10 all year round comfort . Lights stereo and waterfall pretty as.

This is our second spa from spas direct due to moving. The spa is easy to operate and simple to maintain. Wife uses it everyday . It helps her with pain from MS witch makes life easier for me. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to maintain just clean filters and add chlorine when needed. We use most weekends and sometimes during the week when we finish work. So lovely and relaxing! Highly recommend

Brought my Plunge Pool Spa 5.8 metre from Spas Direct in May 2021, arrived in June, had it craned over my backyard, spa was in perfect condition when un packed, was easy to set up, controls are easy to use, just fill it up and enjoy . Has been used and thoughly enjoyed by myself and my kids almost daily, night swimming on a cold winters night is the best, added a heat pump from Spas Direct, this just heats and cools the spa so much quicker . Maintaining the spa is super easy, love the led lighting adds to the enjoyment . Highly recommend buying from Spas Direct for service, quality and price

We ordered a Molokai Deluxe 5 person spa and love it. All enquires prior to purchase done via online chat feature which we found very responsive. Just fill up with water, plug in and go. Would recommend doing some research on delivery costs if you live rurally. Spa's Direct would only offer delivery to our nearest depot which was 45 minutes away so ended up having to source our own freight company to get it to our house which cost an additional $350. Otherwise everything was exactly as stated. We purchased a spa which was in stock at the time via ZIP interest free.

Use every 2nd night even when coming off night shift.
Really easy to maintain with putting small dose in every 2nd spa and every 3 months clean filter …love that it’s natural not chlorine …

Everyday sometimes twice! We use it as a family and we use it to recover from intense work outs. Many of our children’s friends gather in it as well. So happy
