We bought super king mattress topper thinking it would fit our bed shipped from the uk but unfortunately it’s too big now we don’t know what to do, do we cut it?

Well made, quality dog bed which my dogs adore. It’s their favourite spot. Really large which is also great as many dog beds advertise as large and are not. Fast postal process and easy website navigation. Finally, a great price. Thankyou.

I have to wonder whether this is a legitimate business or some sort of sham. I have been lied to about an item I purchased, insofar as I was given a tracking number and expected delivery date which, when the item failed to materialise, I ascertained was not even in stock. This was only revealed following me making a complaint to the courier and the company advising that they had never received the freight.

My partner is waiting on a picture frame worth $39.00 which has cost him $20.00 in shipping and has now apparently been sitting in Perth for a week; no idea when it will turn up.

Frankly, appalling. Avoid.

Easy to find what I wanted online and a great range of products. The Quilt cover I bought was beautiful quality and the colour was very accurate. Packaging and postage was great!

The Colours are great and will match my furniture, the rug is soft and nice to walk on.

Beautiful doormat. Excellent quality and a great thing for visitors to see when they knock on the door. The colours were the same as seen on line. I am very satisfied.

Great size for large loaf of bread + a few rolls. Air vent generous & the look is so attractive on the kitchen bench. Easy to wipe clean & love the texture pattern too.

I checked with customer service to see a bed frame was in stock before ordering and was told it was. After placing the order and paying in full, I was then told it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available for 8 weeks. Annoying, but I decided to accept this and wait. I followed up the day they had said it would be available and was told it wouldn't be available for another 3 months.

Through this time Temple and Webster never made contact with me once to say the product was further delayed, but bombarded me daily with 'special offers.' Right now after 2 months waiting I have no bed and I am waiting for my credit to be processed?? Terrible service, do not use.

I always quickly get to what I'm looking for on T&W - easy to navigate and great search. Product range is broad so always a great selection. The Carlos rug purchased is top quality. Delivery driver was just awesome.

After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery, item was never received as courier sent item around Victoria for a delivery addressed near Canberra. Courier was then too lazy to deliver and requested pick up from their depot in Goulburn (2 hr round trip for me). Be warned as I am not the only one this has happened to. Will never shop with Temple and webster again.

It's easy to find the item category but so much to choose from it took hours to decide! It would be easier if the size of the lamps was a little more obvious as I had decided on a lamp only to discover it was far too big so had to start the search again. I am very happy with the lamp I finally decided on. It is very good quality, easy to put together and looks perfect! The plastic wrapping was a little over the top, would prefer less packaging.

The chair proved annoying to fully put together, because back-test wouldn't squeeze between the arm-rests, but eventually, managed to force it in. It glides across the floor quite smoothly. It's quite strurdy, so that's nice.

Ordered a girls toy storage unit & waited 3 weeks, nothing arrived, then I receive an automated email advising they didn't have it in stock, Why did it take 3 WEEKS to let me know???
I am very very disappointed in this company & will NEVER buy from them again.

if you want to ring them... expect the Philippines and the service is there.

This was my second purchase, the first I spoke to somebody in Australia.
So I went back for my second.

Don't buy from t and w if you have another dealer you can get it from.
