Extremely poor delivery service.
After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery, item was never received as courier sent item around Victoria for a delivery addressed near Canberra. Courier was then too lazy to deliver and requested pick up from their depot in Goulburn (2 hr round trip for me). Be warned as I am not the only one this has happened to. Will never shop with Temple and webster again.

Happy with my lamp
It's easy to find the item category but so much to choose from it took hours to decide! It would be easier if the size of the lamps was a little more obvious as I had decided on a lamp only to discover it was far too big so had to start the search again. I am very happy with the lamp I finally decided on. It is very good quality, easy to put together and looks perfect! The plastic wrapping was a little over the top, would prefer less packaging.

Was a pain to put together, but it's great.
The chair proved annoying to fully put together, because back-test wouldn't squeeze between the arm-rests, but eventually, managed to force it in. It glides across the floor quite smoothly. It's quite strurdy, so that's nice.

Waited 3 Weeks To Be Told Not In Stock Very Disappointed
Ordered a girls toy storage unit & waited 3 weeks, nothing arrived, then I receive an automated email advising they didn't have it in stock, Why did it take 3 WEEKS to let me know???
I am very very disappointed in this company & will NEVER buy from them again.

Terrible service. Never again!
The large dining table I ordered never arrived. I paid for it and a week later received confirmation it had been shipped with a tracking number. A further week passed with no updates. No response to my follow up emails. I submitted an online ‘lost in transit’ enquiry and received an overseas call centre call telling me there was no stock and wouldn’t be for another month. Disgusting customer service
Customer service is non-existent. T&W are quick to take your money but resistant to comply with delivering your items in a timely manner. When you call to speak with someone you are speaking to people within a call centre in the Phillipines. When you ask to speak to someone in Australia you’re told no. Please if you buy from this company don’t. You are better off supporting an Australian based furniture store. At least then you know the cost is worth it. are selling items on behalf of suppliers. All that T&W are doing is the marketing on behalf of these suppliers and they can’t even get that right!!! If there are so many bad reviews about the courier service why does T&W continue to use Allied Express. This retailer is a scam. My case was escalated to [name removed] of T&W. if you want to ring them... expect the Philippines and the service is there.

Very impressed.
The bed frame was surprisingly light but very sturdy when assembled. Did it all myself and my 'fusspot' daughter was overwhelmed with the comfort and the fairy lights I added to the bedhead. Great value for such a cheap price!

Exceptional Service - Should be 10 Stars
We purchased a T&W Asta Sideboard including insurance, which was actually delivered BEFORE the advised date. During assembly, damage was sustained to a drawer face panel and we contacted the Company via their "on-line" chat service to buy a replacement. The lady rep was most helpful and immediately organised a replacement for us. Their after-sales rep Jo called us to advise that it was about to be delivered and we received it the next day at no cost - yes, free.

Worst Customer Service and Not Helpful
I have purchased a Leather Dressing Stool from Temple & Webster in December 2022. Since then I have been chasing the customer service about where it is. They advise to contact directly Fastway and coordinate with them. I have tried to do that several times, but no success. If I knew how much energy I need to spend in order to get it to delivered, I wouldn't buy from Temple & Webster. I wouldn't recommend to purchase from this company.

Nice product but delivery process is a let down
We ordered a bed frame for our daughter and it arrived looking as advertised. However, three things made it a less than perfect customer experience. The first is that prices would fluctuate for the product on the Temple & Webster website, some days it would be $10 cheaper than others due to discounts at the time. Although product sales are expected, the price fluctuated several times within a month. Secondly, even though the item was "in stock" it took about 2 weeks to dispatch from the warehouse. m would take 2 weeks, but I just find the concept of "in stock" and "2 weeks to dispatch" a bit confusing. In general, my understanding is that an in stock item would dispatch immediately, otherwise, it's not technically in stock. Thirdly, the delivery process was a little unpredictable. We were given a window of one week for delivery, and then only got a text message on the morning to say the product was coming that day (if you work full time it's difficult to take a day off with such little notice). There was also no time window, just a tracking code indicating it would arrive anytime before COB that day so you couldn't plan to leave home. With other furniture brands getting extremely efficient with delivery, offering 3-4 hour windows and the ability to track your courier (all for free), this was a comparatively poor delivery experience. However, we are happy with the product itself. It's the overall buying experiencing that I believe could be improved.1 comment

Terrible refund policy
Terrible refund policy. Paid through Afterpay didn’t get a full refund from Temple and Webster. Rang them twice and they wiped their hands of it saying call afterpay. Be very careful of the product you buy to make sure no refund will be required.

Terrible return policy. Costs you to return the product.
To return a TV Console that costed $1500 is over 20kg in weight I had to;
- Buy new packaging so that the courier could pick it up to return it.
- Temple and Webster then charge me $299 for a 'refund adjustment' and tell me they will only refund $1,101.28 to me (Why are Temple and Webster taking $400 from me?).
- They use an external courier service, so I can't get an estimated time for when it will be picked up.
I won't buy from Temple and Webster again as I have lost $450 of my own money just buying a TV console and returning it...

Have queried twice via the live chat portal but I still don’t quite understand. Why does it take 7-13 days once an item is shipped from a dispatch warehouse that is approximately 16km from me, to be delivered? Could you confirm (as confirmed by an online chat rep today) that goods are “shipped” from your warehouse and then transported and stored in a third party warehouse (ie. by Allied Express) before being actually shipped for delivery to your customers at a later date?
I’m just not understanding the delay between shipment/dispatch date and delivery date, especially since you state that it has been shipped. “Shipped”, for most other companies, means that an item has been collected and is being transported for delivery. I’ve received parcels from the UK in less time, and they were even able to provide me with an estimate date of delivery, not a 6 day window of possibilities.

We are an online furniture retailer with all our items being shipped directly from different suppliers' warehouses. Standard deliveries usually take place 2-7 business days after your order/s leave its/their respective warehouse/s, with 10 business days at the latest if you're living in a rural area or the couriers unexpectedly experience some delays like inclement weather, road blockage, and the like.
Rest assured, however, that all these are just estimates and your order can still be delivered earlier than expected. Although their demanding schedules may not always allow for drivers to offer a detailed time frame, we always recommend saving the tracking link as this is the best tool to monitor the delivery status of an order and determine the anticipated delivery date.

This type of mattress is known for providing good support and excellent pressure relief. However, don't take our word for it! You may find mattresses with top ratings from verified customers by clicking on “sort by” drop-down menu on our mattresses page then selecting “customer rating”. This will change order of products, so that our top-rated mattresses appear. To then read a specific product’s reviews, click on the product listing, scroll down to “reviews” and click on the plus icon.
