We have bought a number of items from David and Matt over the years and we keep going back because of the exceptional quality of the merchandise and more importantly the phenomenally great service we receive. We are careful buyers and David and Matt have been extremely patient with us and are genuinely interested in us achieving our goals, offering a lot of sound advice emanating from a deep interest in our long-term happiness. I have no hesitation recommending the Comfort Shop.

The sales guy was extremely helpful. He showed me the different style chairs and how they worked. The choice of colour and fabric available and wasn’t too pushy but was helpful and had fabulous customer service skills. I love my chair

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a positive experience I thought I should. The salesman was really friendly and helpful and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I love the design and look of the bed too. This shop lives up to its name.

Having purchased a bed suit with memory foam last year, I was keen to incorporate the optional drawer units under the bed frame. The Crows Nest staff once again, were exceptionally helpful and assisted in exactly what I needed.
The delivery team gave me 30 minutes pre warning of their arrival, and the installation took less than 10 minutes.
The drawers units are an ideal extra, and make great use of the available space for storage.

We purchased a bed and mattress and bedhead and found the sales staff to be helpful and informative. The bed is just what we wanted, but the highlight was the delivery. They went out of their way to ensure everything was setup how we wanted it, they removed the rubbish and generally made it all very pleasant.

The store was easy to navigate and find what you want but online it's difficult.

We were looking for a solution to our 2nd bedroom in our apartment and found the perfect solution in a wall bed. The Ulisse double wall bed we purchased is just what we were looking for and it looks great. It has given us so much more room in our bedroom and is so easy to use.

The Comfort Shop was well laid out and we were given space to browse on our own before the sales person approached to supply information. As owners of a mattress from The Comfort shop for several years we needed to update our bed base. The consultation was made via chat and then over the phone. The product range content and videos online were great for reference.

This shop supplies what it says on the can - Comfort. The beds are amazing, such comfortable mattresses and lovely simple bases. We've just bought a new electric bed set for our main bedroom, our spare room already has one and when we have extra guests we roll out the guest bed. So if return purchases are a sign of a good product - we're sold! Not only that, David has been great in terms of product knowledge and after sales service.

Both Ben & David @the crows nest store were great in assisting me choosing the right mattress. The delivery was good included unpacking and placing the mattress. I now enjoy the comfort at night for a sound sleep.

Staff where great at the store where more then happy to demonstrate the product also following up if we where still interested, Very satisfied with the product, we also had professional installed it was worth the extra money

I bought a recliner from the Comfort Shop over two years ago. Their service at the time I bought was excellent. Recently, it stopped working as it should and the Comfort Shop were fabulous. Even though it was out of warranty, they came and collected it, took it to the workshop, repaired it, and returned it - free of charge. I am so used to getting bad service from organisations these days that this experience with The Comfort Shop was like a wonderful gift. Thank you, Comfort Shop - just fabulous.
