very comfortable chairs
We made our purchase at the comfort sop in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. The sales consultant, Rod West was wonderful. He wasn't at all pushy and was very helpful with suggestions.
We purchased two recliners which were in stock and a lounge which had to be shipped from overseas.
The lounge arrived well within the designated time frame and delivery to Tasmania was seamless.

Purchase of leather recliner armchairs-Miami model.
Purchased online after discussing the product with Rod.
He was excellent, answered my questions about the grade of leather and other materials used etc. This made me confident enough to buy without visiting the store.

Perfect beds

Quality funky alternative to bulky recliners
We ordered 2 single recliner chairs, and a few weeks later, decided to buy a 2 seater recliner as we really liked the quality and style of the products. Staff at the store were very friendly and helpful with good communication skills. The single recliners were in stock, we had to wait a couple of weeks for the 2 seater, which wasn’t a problem.
Only reason we have given 4 out of 5 stars is because the single recliners have black plastic ‘feet’ that protect floors from scratching, one was missing on delivery and a piece of another foot broke o...Read more
ff about a week later. They are flimsy, cheap plastic on an otherwise, very well made qualite product. We had concerns that the lounges will outlast the plastic feet and we wont be able to get replacements in a few years time. We negotiated with the Comfort shop to give us spares should this happen. Floor stock also had scratched and broken feet, so it is obviously an issue. My suggestion would be to use rubber instead of brittle plastic.1 comment

Very comfortable
We did the purchase by phone and email, very supportive response. Helpful when we picked up the chairs, did everything to make us happy. The two recliners fit perfectly into our caravan .

Prompt attentive service
We visited the Fortitude Valley store in Brisbane and it was spacious and had a wide selection of recliner chairs on offer to try.
Dan the sales person was very helpful, polite and not pushy.
We ordered 3 chairs in store with Dan and he accommodated our special payment and delivery requirements with ease.
Receipts clearly showed us what had been paid, expected further payments and delivery details.
Delivery of first 2 chairs was prompt and on time as arranged via The Van That Can delivery service.
