Awesome customer service!
Todd at Trit provided me with the best customer service EVER!
I was after a Ethnicraft long U shelf to complete a planned interior fit out and Trit had the very last one in Australia available. Unfortunately it was hard to locate such a small item in a huge warehouse, however Todd's perseverance and desire to help me as a customer was above and beyond the realm and resulted in me being able to achieve my project's completion date. I will definitely work with Trit again for my design projects and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Todd, you're awesome and thank you!

Fantastic customer service from Imogen Moore
Contacted Trit House from Perth re some Wendelbo chairs and Imogen Moore responded immediately by email and followed up subsequent questions in a timely manner and with great detail.
Highly recommend Trit House and in particular Imogen. Some Perth furniture stores need to take a leaf out of Imogen's book!

Fantastic service
We received our bed today and I just want to share what a great experience we had.
Our delivery men were both prompt, respectful and professional. They took excellent care when moving the parts of the bed into our house ensuring nothing was damaged.
They efficiently installed the bed ensuring I was happy with the position.
And best of all they were happy and friendly on this 43 degree day!

Exemplary retail experience
Purchased multiple items including rug, tv unit, coffee and side tables. First experience was walking past the Redfern retail store, sales assistant was hands on in discussing any piece I was interested in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I then ordered said items on the site plus items that weren't at Redfern location. experience seamless. All items as pictured on site. Coffee table was on back order, was kept updated on delivered date. Unfortunately small chip on arrival. Trit team prompt in addressing and replacing. Again kept updated via email and call replacements delivery date. End to end exemplary experience will visit them in future when looking to further decorate my home.

Impressive delivery of great product
I found the perfect desk for my husband's chess desk. Once ordered I was contacted by email and phone to arrange delivery. The delivery was outstanding. The driver called when 2 minutes away. On arrival they were held up by a garbage truck and one guy ran up the street to advise me where they were. They delivered it with extreme care to our apartment, placed it exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. They were polite and friendly throughout. The product is great but the service means I will return.

Excellent Customer Service
We ordered several items for our beach house. They were all delivered on time and assembled as advised. We arrived later to the dining table, aremchairs and coffee table all set up and looking fantastic! Love them all.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a rug from Clickon in Dec 2018 and received it on Monday 29 April 2022 - 4 months later.
I had to constantly contact Clickon to ask where the rug was and how long delivery would take . Intially I was told January ...then February ....then March ....finally April. When I received confirmation that the rug had arrived I had to ring yet another number to book in delivery . When I attempted to do this I was told ..."sorry there's no more room on the truck ." Ethnicraft Table
Very disappointed with our entire experience with Clickon Furniture. From the delayed delivery time of table, which at time of online purchase was not stated.
Once received, the table has a crack in it, to which Clickon Furniture now refuses to replace or remedy. We are told to see how the crack goes as we've a 1yr warranty on the table. That's absolutely unacceptable. For an expensive table that we were so looking forward to having and using, we are now frightful of using at all as not to have the crack expand any further. I have never experienced such bad customer service and I work in the retail industry.
Will be ensuring that we do not recommend this store to friends, family and customers.

The minor hairline crack you're referring to does not fall under a warranty claim. Wood, like any other natural and porous material, continues to absorb and release humidity throughout its life. Hairline crack will appear and disappear from time to time according to climate change. Although Ethnicraft designs furniture that adapts well to the hydrometrical conditions of its environment, some movement may occur which is a normal response to the furniture’s environment and is not considered a fault. Ethnicraft complete quality control checks on every item prior to packaging. These stringent checks are to ensure that their pieces provide our customers with timeless use. Excellent customer service!
I purchased an Ethnicraft coffee table as it was the only retailer in Australia that stocked this particular style. From the moment of purchase and the delivery, everything went very smoothly. I had a little hiccup with the quality as there was a scratch on the glass, but they promptly attended to my concern and gave me a satisfactory outcome. I can't blame them for the quality as I watched the delivery guys unpack my coffee table from the packaging. Definitely recommend purchasing from this retailer!

Great product not the best prices
We love the ethnicraft because the entire range is not only beautiful but made from sustainable timber. However we’ve just learnt that the range isn’t exclusive to click on furniture. And they claim to provide best prices but they don’t. We’ve learnt we paid 25-30% more than what we had to if we went else where.
Considering the service and phone support was abdominal we persisted because we loved the range and ethnicraft range, to find out we’ve payed such a premium we now feel ripped off. Buy ethnicraft! Just not from these guys.

Terrible customer service, faulty product... avoid!
I ordered a desk and dining table from their website. The desk was faulty and could not be assembled. They sent a replacement desk and the delivery people were meant to assemble it. Not only were the delivery people extremely rude and stank very strongly of body odor, but they also failed to put part of the desk together and left with the necessary parts (presumably threw them out with the packaging). I contacted Clickon to let them know the parts were missing and they said they will send replacements in 3 to 5 business days. 8 days later and n...Read more

No one takes any responsibility, they haven't apologized except to say 'sorry for the inconvenience' regarding the delay in the replacement parts. Awesome service, amazing products.
I bought from Iryanthi online. We saw items we liked online and in store (Alexandria) and then I spoke with her over email to make it happen. She packaged a deal as we bought a number of items. Her communication was excellent, she was understanding but not pushy. She was prompt in her feedback, polite and informative. Would strongly recommend dealing with her and the Click On team.

Melbourne staff beat Sydney!
Assistance from staff in Sydney showroom was non-existent when we visited, so we ordered online. Had a problem ordering and phoned the Sydney office to be told the stool was out of stock. Called the Melbourne showroom and Courtney could not have been more helpful. Not only was the stool in stock but it was shipped and arrived 2 days later.
Very happy with product and Courtney but the Sydney staff were hopeless. Clearly more interested in their phones when we were in store and could have cost you a sale by telling us the item was out of stock when we rang.

Great Service and love the products!
We have recently bought some dining chairs, coffee table, lounge chair and rugs from Clickon Furniture. The products are in good quality and arrived within a week. The delivery company even helped us to assemble the furniture. The experience was so easy from the start and customer service was great. Definitely a shop to recommend.

Unprofessional company with poor after sales service - buy at your own risk
Our experience echoes others here that have found the after sales service to be poor. We purchased an entertainment unit online which was faulty. Although the initial delivery of the product and correspondences were relatively quick and easy, what transpired was the most unprofessional after sales service I've ever received. s us. We felt our concerns were not addressed and we were extremely alarmed by their dismissive attitude. Needless to say, we were highly traumatised by the experience. Although we were initially promised a measly discount as remediation, it was not refunded to us in a timely manner and to our expectation. We reported the company's conduct to the department of Fair Trading and although I did not expect any further action to be taken by Fair Trading, I reported them simply as a matter of principle. I encourage others who have any issues with their conduct and have grounds to do so, to do the same. Fair Trading do keep tabs on complaints and will investigate further if enough complaints are received. I'm sure it's all fine if you don't have any problems with the product, however if there are ever any major issues, one word: BEWARE.4 comments

Just to clarify, we offered you a 10% discount to keep the item as is as, or a full refund if the item was returned to us at our own cost. This offer was made to you within 24 hours of receipt of goods. However, you declined to accept the 10% discount to keep the item as is and declined a full refund. You did not want to return the unit and insisted on receiving a further discount well below our cost. We appreciate your understanding that we could not do this. Our offers were not accepted, and you decided to lodge a dispute with PayPal, which was subsequently refused by PayPal. PayPal kindly advised you to return the item to us. You proceeded to accept our initial offer of a 10% refund, as you wanted to keep the item. You then proceeded to NSW Fair Trading to lodge a claim. Fair Trading has advised our Director that the solutions we offered are in line with the consumer law guidelines and hence refused your claim. Fantastic products and wonderful staff.
We have bought a number of items instore and online through clickon.
The items are always brilliant quality and the customer service is wonderful.
I big shout out to the delivery staff as they are great. Always on time, curtious, provide a warning call when not far away, listen to you and are generally very helpful - lovely people.
The customer service generally, whether over the phone, on email or in person that we have received on our recent purchases has been wonderful so a big thanks to the whole clickon team ☺️

Poor workmanship
The white drawers were not painted properly and was dirty upon delivery and the railings didn't line up causing uneven gaps. The oak is yellowish which does not look good. I was quite disappointed with the product.
