Our stay at Ultiqa Shearwater was wonderful. We booked directly with the property and the staff member we spoke to was very helpful, ensuring we got the style of apartment we wanted. We had a one bedroom apartment which was clean and very well equipped. The view from our balcony was fabulous. The location was perfect, being so close to cafes and restaurants. Will definitely be staying there again and would recommend Ultiqa to anyone looking for accommodation in Caloundra.

Great staff no hidden fees lovely spacious units awesome location and views, the facilities are great, reasonable prices. Easy to book and great rates booking directly. very happy with our stay we have stayed twice and booked for our third stay already.

booked a room for 2. The breakfast included was an extra bonus. all was good except could not get access to pool but as was only staying one night did not follow up.

We booked on line and had no problems. Very friendly and efficient staff at checkin. Bit of a hassle getting gear from the car park to our apartment. Good views out to the water

View was great, but the window in the bedroom wouldnt close shut,so had to tuck a towel to stop the draft, a hair in the fridge, lights kept flicking in the bathroom, receptionist wasnt informative or friendly

We stayed in a one bedroom unit, with views over to the beach.
The unit was well equipped for us to prepare meals and live like we would at home.
The unit was clean and well appointed.
Loved our stay here.

No additional fees booked a 2 bed facing north.Stayed before only complaint was the 2 lounges cushions sagged and a bit uncomfortable otherwise A ok.Would stay again but getting expensive.A 1 bedder should be reintroduced!!

great time, the suite we had was beautiful and the view is magnificent. The room faced out over the broad beach life saving club with uninterrupted views of the ocean.

have stayed here before and got the same room. it has great uninterrupted views of the ocean, the room has two bedrooms, clean well decorated and walking distance to shops and the beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience: the apartment was extremely comfortable, meticulously clean and there were beautiful ocean views. From the receptionist to the cleaners all the staff were very polite, courteous and professional.

It is now our first choice to stay in Broadbeach: it is also close to restaurants, a surf club, a shopping centre and walking distance to the tram station. There are also bus stops nearby for an alternate public transport.

Relax on the balcony of the apartment with a coffee or walk to the surf club for breakfast: have lunch at one of the myriad of restaurants at Broadbeach or pick up a takeaway: there are a multitude of choices.

This is the perfect holiday escape by the sea.

Out stay at Broadbeach was lovely however the apartment was extremely stuffy in the bedroom - no air conditioning - the bathrooms were a bit tiny. If air conditioning was installed it would b near perfect. The location was awesome

Booking was quick and easy. Diamond Beach Resort was very comfortable, in a beautiful position. Clean with everything needed for perfect week away. Check in and service very good. Such a bonus having an almost private, glorious beach to ourselves.

Great clean, well equipped appartments representing very good value for money! Excellent spot with two great cafes down stairs. Bars, restaurants, takeaways & attractions all well within walking distance, would definitely stay here again...

Loved the location and the view. Will definitely stay there again. Pool was relaxing. Check in was a little uncomfortable as room was not ready and staff member was under the pump and a little rude.

We’ve stayed at Freshwater Point many times. We love the facilities and the helpful and friendly staff. The cafe has great coffee and food. The pool is heated and great to swim in. The gym is small but adequate. We love Broadbeach and Pacific Fair.

Having lived on the GC for almost 20 years, I’d never been inside these apartments but they are much closer to all the action than you think. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge with a fantastic view of the ocean, waterways and skyline. A quick walk to The Star or Broadbeach and the pool looked amazing!

Easy to book I bedroom apartment. Very secure. Car park available if needed. Shops and cafes near by.. Lovely park land to walk . Safe Beach across the road .Private and restful.

We booked a dual view apartment. The furniture was a bit more dated than expected based on the website photos but it was still nice. The in room compendium needed to be updated as it referred to the monorail as an attraction, which has been gone for quite sometime.

Water pressure was great as were the kitchen facilities. We will be back in the future and would recommend to friends.

We’ve stayed at this resort for almost 10 years straight, every Christmas. We absolutely love it and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Beautiful surroundings, so close to the beach and just an all round wonderful place to holiday.

Perfect spot for a very cruisey timeout.
Had a north-facing unit with sun all day.
Great that supermarket & other shops are in close walking distance.
Only minor issue was that dishwasher did not perform very well.

Booked for the 10th year in row for our Annual Girls Weekend away, we stay at Ultiqa because we can get a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for very reasonable rates and its close to everything. We will continue to stay here.
