Workmanship and build quality was good. Their process was extremely fined tuned and reflects the experience of a seasoned builder. I spent about 10 months during the construction phase working with the Site Manager (Andrew Foster) and Client Liaison (Mia Read); their service and ability in assisting us through the process and dealing with any issues that arises were exemplary.

Being the first time we've built, we expected the process to be hard-work and stressful but building with Webb & Brown-Neaves was a breeze!!

We are very happy with our new individually designed home. When selecting a builder for our block near the beach, we looked for a company with a good track record in design & construction without being overly expensive. This project was a real collaboration between ourselves and WBN which required very good communication and a high level of trust. The workmanship and site management were excellent (thanks Peter) and necessary design changes were accommodated. Throughout the process, we found their customer liaison to be friendly, helpful, responsive and reliable. We can thoroughly recommend this builder.

We had our Dream Home designed and built by the great team @ WBN and our consultant was the Great Kim Gartrell.We have been in our Home for over 2 years now and wouldnt change a thing.The process was made easy with the guidence of the team and once all the decisions were made it was handed over to construction .Peter Holland is a perfectionist and answered all our questions and kept us informed of the progress.In the end we got the Home we wanted finished to perfection on budget. The build time was critical for us as we were paying rent and mortgage. Webbies ticked all the boxes for us and even down to the final maintenance we are completely satisfied.I would build with them again anytime.

We chose WB because of their supposed reputation and were happy to pay the premium. Looking back the process was rushed through without consideration for our concerns and to this day six months later, we are still being blamed for coming up with faults which we should never have noticed. Put this together with a supervisor who never turned up and couldn't be bothered about issues we found and wanted fixed and that is alot of stress that you need to deal with. All I can say is get your act together and treat all your clients the way you seem to portray them as being treated in the media - people who pay good money for a decent job. And if you have internal issues don't blame it on us.

Overall I wasn't that impressed with Webb & Brown. Pretty typical of a project builder I guess though disappointing as they are not cheap. We had a number of issues, a lot have been sorted out after perseverance, I'm still trying to get others fixed.

I have built with them twice and friends - not a drama. You are paying top dollar for their homes. If you dont want to spend or have that money - then why dont you look in your price range. Would highly recommended them!

Nothing. Value for money - money well spent!!

Nice homes but the quality is not there to finish it off. You would think they would have their display homes finished off properly as this is what people go by. When you are going to spend 400 thousand upwards you want the job done properly.
They are very quick to get back to you on questions and sending out information.
Looked at their display home, had leaks in the roof, cracked tiles in the shower, the finish was not up to scratch and this is a 4 year old house on DISPLAY.
