Check the Builders registration Board and Master Builders board for complaints, i did prior to building with them, they have next to no complaints and always remedied them if so as per the boards order
Great initial sales/design support then through all sections of the company which ultimately delivered a terrific end result . I am happy to refer Webb and Brown -Neaves on to friends and relatives as the experience was vastly superior to that experienced by friends relatives and colleagues who built with others.

We built with WBN homes whilst we lived in Sydney the whole time. It was a great experience we went with WBN for their quality and project management ensuring the project would be completed well without any major issues. Well 9 months on the home is completed, there were not major problems. We got an independant building inspector to check it out as well and he felt guilty that he refunded some of the money as he could not find anything noticably wrong, even in the roof structure which he normally always finds something wrong. I would build with them again and other family and friends who have seen the quality have also said the same.

Overall, finish was quite poor,would suggest to have a building inspector accompany yourself(if Building)on practical completion to ensure it is finished to Australian standards and to the meet the high standards that Webb & Brown-Neaves promise in their advertising.
Office staff,such as Pre start and customer liaison were helpful & knew their job.
The supervision of their trades let them down,A lot of faults could be avoided if this was carried out,as was the case in our home.

Couldn't be more accomodating whilst in the process of building my house. I can assure you I was quite trying at times due to changing my mind but the staff were very helpful & efficient. Thank you Webb Brown Neaves staff & trades for making my dream come true! I would not hesitate to recommend them to future home builders.

we have built two homes with Webb and Brown-Neaves and wouldnt go anywhere else the service was fantastic, we had a great relationship with the supervisor and even moved in before our expected date the processes were made very easy and even after moving in a minor problem was fixed quickly and efficiently
pre start could have moved a little quicker, but this did not affect the overall time
