We were really shocked to find out how much is involved when you choose to build a home. It also soon became clear to us that not all builders are the same. We spoke to so many people that had a disaster when building. BUT we also noticed that so many people spoke highly about Webb and Brown Neaves. To cut the story short, all those comments proved to be so very true. We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their professionalism and care. Tim Varga and Lisa Rose to name just two have been absolutely committed to making sure we end up with exactly what we want. This is our first build. We wanted stress free turn key house which is what we received. All the staff at WBN were friendly, approachable and courteous. They understood our needs and wants and provided us with information which helped us with decision making. The process of building was well organised and we were kept involved throughout. We were impressed with the efficiency of the supervisor in-spite of the change of supervisor half way through. Could not fault customer service at all. Liaison officer was the best we could ask for. Communication and receiving information was easy and quick. Overall the two storey house turn key house was built ahead of schedule in just 12 months.

This was our first experience building a house and it was great.

Prior to WBN, we approached a few other builders to get a feeling of the design and prices that they were offering. WBN stood out amongst all as they listened to us and helped us develop a concept which fitted our unique shaped block quite nicely.

The construction went very smoothly and the building was completed in just over a year which was quite good for a double story house. Construction manager was very quick to communicate and fix any issues during construction and was always very mindful to not allow any corner cutting. Workmanship of the finishes are of a very high standard.

This was our first build. We were warned by friends, that building a house would be a terrifying experience, but it was quite the opposite. We had a very pleasant experience with WBN. The staff throughout were very supportive. The process was explained well and we felt supported through and through. The Customer liaison officer and my site supervisor were brilliant. The final product was delivered to our satisfaction. If I were to build again I would definitely go for WBN.

We have just moved into our new home in February this year and can say without a doubt we love our new Webb and Browne - Neaves home. Our two storey build only took 11 months and the attention to detail and service we received from Amy in Pre-Start to dealing with our Site Supervisor Andrew and Client Liaison Mia was excellent. Any queries we had throughout the build were answered and replied to right away. We couldn't be happier with the final product.

The workmanship on our new house appears good. Our first supervisor left WBN after the first floor slab was laid and our new supervisor joined their company and was assigned our house. He was fairly incompetent and we were constantly finding errors that he had missed. This continued to happen and made us feel uneasy on how well he was managing our build. He left 2 weeks before handover but our experience had already been tainted. Had our first supervisor stayed, I'm sure our experience would have been less stressful. We did however have a brilliant Client Liaison Officer that was an enormous help in rectifying these problems.

The team we are allocated for our build which included our Building and Design Consultant, Construction Liaison and Building Supervisor all worked so professionally to ensure us a beautiful product to a standard that exceeded our expectations. Whilst building a home is a human process with random and expected difficulties along the way, we were supported and assisted at each stage to work through each of these issues. Whilst we have a home we are delighted with, the lasting impression we have of Webb and Brown Neaves is the people we worked with that made it all happen. Thank you.

The build all went very smoothly and was finished exactly to the time we had been told at the start. All the office and site staff were very helpful and available whenever needed. We have moved in now and are very happy with the workmanship and finish.

Outstanding quality of workman ship and attention to detail. The site and entire team at Webb Brown- Neaves including the designers were great in all phases of the build. The Site Manager and Customer Support person provided constant updates re: how the build was progressing. All information was clear and accurate. They delivered on all the agreements and more on time! The site manager and also customer service/support staff were extremely professional and courteous when interacting with a challenging neighbour. The professionalism and respect shown by the Webb Brown-Neaves team ensured that we gained both a fantastic new home and harmonious relationships with our neighbours. I am very happy with Webb & Brown-Neave who just recently finished building our two-storey house. The house was built with very high quality and it only took about 13 months to finish.
