How can I contact Webjet and get a response
I am in currently in quarantine in Sydney after paying again for earlier flights to get home from London.
I never received any contact from Webjet despite numerous attempts by email and messaging.
Today I am trying to contact Webjet by phone as I need to know about my flight on18th April from Sydney to Canberra, I would like to know if I can still get this flight back to Canberra at the end of isolation.
Been waiting on the phone for one hour now.

Webjet Exclusives is worst travel company ever
Booked the 25 day highlights of Middle East tour (covering Egypt, Jordan and Israel) about 12 months ago, trip leaving Sydney 10 April. Paid in full $14,000 in Dec 2022.
Called them in February when it became apparent that the Covid19 situation was too risky to travel at this time, asked to reschedule for "later in 2020", was told no changes of dates were possible, and trip is not refundable. Called them again a week later with an offer to purchase a new holiday for say travel in 2021, if they would allow us to reschedule the Middle East trip.

Poor communication/ nil care factor
We booked our tour back dec 2022 for travel 20 March 2020 tried calling company when our flights were rescheduled from Singapore Airlines end, needed to speak to our tour organiser as our flights didn’t match with connecting flights final after 10 days got that all sorted.
Then 2 days before we were to depart got email stating our tour had now been canceled due to Covid situation, that’s all good we already new from smart traveler that we could not travel before webjet exclusive decided to cancel.

Webjet Exclusives Communicate please!
I too phoned Webjet Exclusives when learning of Israel closing its borders to find 2 different consultants on different days both unaware of situation which amazed me this wasn't flagged. rgotten & left in the dark. I emailed them on the 17th and waiting for a reply. I appreciate travel companies and agents being very busy trying to sort out solutions but also note many have communicated quickly and timely giving customers definite options & refunds. Having paid $14000 for this tour it would be extremely reassuring to know if we will be offered a full refund or a 'peace of mind' reschedule date for a later tour such as Tripadeal has offered their customers. To be viable in the future Webjet Exclusives need to demonstrate they look after their customers, are compassionate, communicate clearly and timely our options in these unprecedented circumstances. I would even be grateful to know an approximate time when to expect this information. If anyone has any updates to share I would be grateful, but hoping Webjet Exclusives will as they should, update me and everyone one else left in limbo sooner than later. Webjet Exclusives finally come good
We booked a 25 day trip to Egypt, Jordan and Israel leaving on the 26 March, 2020 which was eventually cancelled due to CV. Initially it was hard to get any commitment from them regarding refunds, etc but in the end, Webjet Exclusives offered a full credit gift voucher and I am more than happy with the result. Thank you Webjet!

Webjet Exclusives dont ever book this company
We have a booked the 14 Day Highlights of the Rockies tour in first week of May, unable to contact and speak to anyone in company and get any answers to the cancellation of our trip although the world has shut all borders due to COVID19 Virus, they are stating in a generated email that the trip is non refundable that is a loss to us of $9338 for a trip of a lifetime that we saved hard for and will never get the chance to do again, shame on your company for not supporting your customers. No contact with Webjet or subsidiary tomato travel
We are trying to find out what is going on with our holiday.Can we get a refund just some communication would be great please. We booked with Webjet and then was sent to Tomato Travel .They are not answering any phone calls or emails and have not done so for a number of weeks. Need help from Webjet please. Carol stapley

webjet has since provided a voucher for deposit. Tomato provided and insurance letter. I am still waiting on Insure and Go to accept claim.
Insure and go knock back the claim do not use this insurance company way too much fine print to cover themselves and making payments other companies have paid people on my booking but not Insure and Go.

Horrible experience
After years of loyalty to webjet, I hope you get what you deserve. We had to make our own arrangements to get home regardless of you lies about contacting you and priorities for customers beiing stuck overseas. Hope you go broke. If you don't, don't count on my business ever again.

Poor form Webjet
My husband and I are due to fly from Adelaide to London in 3 HOURS and have been trying to contact Webjet for 5 DAYS now with no response either via phone or their online messaging service.
Understandably, they are busy however stating they are PRIORITISING flights within 48 hours is just an absolute lie.
We will potentially lose approximately $12,000 in flights to/from and around Europe (booked solely through Webjet) due to their lacklustre customer service, and will never be using or recommending them again.

No consideration for the present world situation
Contacted Webjet Exclusives to talk about our upcoming trip to South Africa. Received email reply that there is no refund for cancellation, no rescheduling due to Coronavirus. How can they keep our money for no service ? Advised to read the terms and conditions which basically mention everything except worldwide virus! Appears that Webjet Exclusive can determine if they refund or change dates. Will absolutely not travel with them ever and will advise others to use them. Cancelled a qantas flight ( unrelated) and was issued refund with no fees!

Never use again!
In the coming 6 months we he 2 international trips booked both of which include flights, bus tours and cruises. One booked with Webber, one booked with Holiday max. Full transfer of all travel arrangements and bookings to 2021 with Holiday max plus discount and credit. Zero refund of deposit from Webber without consideration of current conditions plus increase in costs to postpone travel and rebook. Certainly will not be rebooking with Webjet.

Webjet China Exclusive
I have booked a Webjet exclusive Holiday to China departing mid October. I have tried to cancel this trip and get a refund. No chance. They told three weeks ago that no flights or hotel rooms had been booked and referred me to their travel partner Travel Asia. I contacted Travel Asia and was told because this was a promotion price there was no refund. It is very simple to me that if nothing has been booked there should not be a problem with a refund. Beware never ever use Webjet or Travel Asia you will be ripped off

The worst company I have dealt with, will not book with them again
My Girlfriend and I have booked a 21 day holiday to Egypt, Jordan and a river cruise down the Nile leaving from Perth March 27, rang Webjet on the 1800 number and a lady from the Philippines answered and we asked them to defer our holiday as we are both over 70 years of age, and the fact that Jorden will not let people in from Egypt so they can't supply us with what we paid for, the message came back and said no the trip is still going, that will leave me out of pocket $6000, I did find out the Webjet office is on level 2 St Kilda Road Melbourne but the phone no for their office is disconnected.

Will not refund or allow us to postpone until safe to travel.
We have a booked the 14 Day Highlights of the Rockies tour in May. We are aged 75 and 72. Our tour includes a cruise and coach tour as well as flights. All health and government authorities are saying it is unsafe for people our age to travel. I contacted Webjet and asked to cancel or at least postpone the tour. 13days egypt with Nile cruise
Just returned from this bucket list trip and we were not disappointed. From our deposit to our arrival home webjet were professional and helpful. Our flights with Etihad were cramped but we did have a full plane. Whether it was the cheap holiday I don’t know but we were allocated seats in the very rear of the plane right next to the toilets ( which flushed all night ).

I too booked a trip with Wedjet Exclusives in August for a departure in June for Japan 2020.Which Webjet handed over to Tomato Travel i never have heard of Tomato Travel.Webjet are the company who promoted the tour therefore it's up to Webjet to secure a full refund from Tomato Travel on our behalf.Have read a lot of bad reports about Webjet for not fully offering full refunds only gift cards.I will not be using Webjet again From John.C
I am with you John, will never ever use webjet again. Tomato Travel have turned their phones off, not answering emails either. We customers should take this further, perhaps class action like what people are doing with Flight Centre.
Just want to let you all know. I put in a refund request through PayPal, and have just been informed I'm getting all my deposit back after webjet wouldn't give me a cent. Place a request in through PayPal and see how you go

We booked and paid for an India trip $8500, that got cancelled due to the coronavirus, received a gift card that we wont be able to use. Have been trying to contact them several times for a refund, they never reply. At a loss about what to do.
