Great Service and very helpfull staff
Purchased some stools and within a day there was a sale... I contacted them and Sarah-Louise handled my request for applying the discount to my order. Want an immediate yes, but she promptly got back to me and my request was approved. Well done and great customer service !

Great customer service

Great service
Sarah-Louise was amazing. Very prompt with her email responses after I needed to return an item and get a refund. Would purchase through this company again in the future knowing if there was something wrong they would assist 100%.

Fantastic Service
I contacted Zanui about getting extra cushion covers for my outdoor lounge furniture as my kids had damaged some of them. Sarah-Louise from Zanui organised the extra cushion covers at not extra cost to me, followed up with the supplier and was very responsive. Fantastic customer care. thanks a lot Sarah-Louise.

Resolved an issue professionally and efficiently
I had an issue with the quality of a product I purchased. The communication between myself and the support team was professional and efficient. The issue was dealt with quickly and resolved so I praise them for that.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered just before Christmas and my order was misplaced / not fulfilled with holiday confusion.
The order was dispatched and a few items arrived broken.
A quick email, and I was offered a few options.
A new order was dispatched to me it’s replacements.
One of the customer service team, stayed in touch with me through every step.
I’m not sure if I can use her name but it begins with L.
I’m absolutely delighted with my Maxwell Williams plates and even more so delighted with Zanuis service team.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The service team went over and beyond.

Really friendly & efficient team ready to help out if required
The Customer Support team, were friendly & helpful and just got things done when I wanted to do a return. They guided me through each step, by email and I was also able to follow up by phone. No call centres or overseas staff - just the same two people throughout. Heartfelt thanks.

Best Customer service!
Zanui have a huge range and I found the perfect table for my small entrance hall. Though we had a minor problem on initial delivery, the Zanui customer support team could not have been more helpful in correcting the order. Sarah-Louise and her team were polite, helpful and timely in their responses and nothing was too much trouble.
I would not hestitate to recommend Zanui for their excellent service and huge range.

Comfortable and stylish ottoman and great service
I was looking for an ottoman and had been to so many stores, thought I would google it and found the perfect one on Zanui at a really reasonable price
It arrived within 2 days and I also had the pleasure of dealing via email with a lovely Customer Service lady, Caroline who was efficient and reliable

Customer service was exceptional
One item I ordered went missing, contacted customer service and Sarah-Louise went over and beyond to try and find what happened to the missing item.

Appalling service
Order 2 lots of 3 chairs early Jan. One lot arrived a week later - all well until I queried where was second lot. Two weeks later got told “don’t know” and now only 2 chairs left in stock. Phone call to determine when next in stock - answer maybe 3 months. Ok then I’m take 1 chair and then buy 2 complementary chairs to complete the 6. Answer from Zanui / no you have to buy 2 chairs. Me - ok then I’ll take the 2 chairs. Answer from Zanui - too late already sold. So now I am dismantling chairs, reboxing and waiting for courier to take them!!!!

Gorgeous things at affordable prices
Dealing with Zanui was a pleasure and I am very happy with the service and the promptness of their replies to my queries. I received the items that I purchased very quickly and they appeared just a the pictures on the website.

Excellent customer service from Lou
We ordered a chair from Zanui and decided to return it. Lou was incredibly helpful with the process of returning it. It makes me want to keep buying things from Zanui. She clearly communicated and made the process easy.

Really poor product
We purchased a coffee table which began to crumble after a month of ‘misuse’ we were told (it was only ever used for coffee table items such as cups/plates). No refund given. Really poor product and very disappointed with the outcome. Would not purchase from this company or recommend again.

with a full refund of $103.46, it is very rare. As you confirmed that the item arrived to you without any damage and has been in your possession for over two months, my colleague escalated to our suppliers who would be the product specialists here, they advised that sadly this would not be covered under warranty as the damage to this item was likely caused by misuse, by means of damage caused during transport from your delivery address to your new property, water damage or general misuse causing solid concrete to crack like this. We do apologise for any disappointment this causes, Alexandra. Had the item arrived to you in this condition we would have been more than happy to provide you with a full refund or replacement.
