I ordered a Kidkraft Grandview Dollhouse and it arrived within 3 days. I'm very impressed with Zanui and would definitely use again. The dollhouse is also high quality and was the best price I found online.

Best AU customer service
I contacted Zanui about a part which was broken which was supplied from a company in their marketplace. Zanui handled all communications with me and the seller quickly and effectively and were able to come to an agreeable outcome. They were responsive to all of my questions and clearly outlined the information required to process the request. This is the second dealing I have had with their customer service and both times they have been exemplary.

Great customer service
I ordered two products from Zanui that both needed to be returned - one because I changed my mind (luckily before it shipped) and the other because the product was damaged upon delivery. In both cases, the customer service team was very responsive and persistent in helping refund my purchases. Whilst I was disappointed to receive a damaged product I was grateful for the prompt support in coordinating return and refund. Thanks again to Lou and the team,

Great price and arrived promptly
Ordered 3 pendant lights just before Christmas, order arrived early January. Was initially concerned after reports of orders not being fulfilled, but didn't have any issues. Lights were around 30% cheaper than at local retail store. Would use again.

I ordered a queen bed and was charged $99 for delivery with the promise it would be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
5 business days later, Zanui's online tracking hadn't moved from "order placed".
I tried contacting them via phone - no response.
I sent an email, no response.
I contacted the supplier - no voicemail and phone just rings out.
I submit a Paypal claim - and all of a sudden i get a response within 4 hours from Zanui who REDIRECTED the order because "I raised a Paypal dispute". ...Read more

If they sent an email advising of dispatch - then why has their own online ordering system on their website not updated accordingly? Zanui also cant produce the email in question that they claimed to have sent (because it doesn't exist). Zanui also make the claim on their website that for larger packages, you will get a call advising of delivery date and if its the morning or afternoon window - well that didn't happen either. Their "customer service" (hahaha) team were the one's that caused the issue - exactly what are these people who caused the problem "meant to resolve" here? Instead of calling to update me - they just cancelled the order. That makes total sense doesnt it? All that's happened is I handed over $600 dollars,, had my time wasted by this joke of a "company" (its a scam - read the other comments) and required a public complaint to get a refund. Excellent customer service. Great sale price for stools which look great. I purchased 6 of them. 2 had small scratch, but was given options. I am very happy with the excellent customer service on the phone. Feel comfortable and happy to shop again with Zanui.

Best customer service I have EVER received at any (not just online) shop!
Great price, great product and out-of-this-world customer service. Even though there was a slight delay with our order due to temporary issues with the supplier, the customer service team was always one step ahead of us, sending us updates nearly every day!! I have never felt that well taken care of at any shop (offline and online). We can't recommend Zanui enough, not just for the great products and great prices, but also for the outstanding customer service!! Thank you again!

In love with this Dixie Ottoman, Pink, Small
Beautiful quality mongolian lambskin, easily assembled sturdy legs, and the ottoman is comfortable, and looks really pretty in my bedroom. Delivery was a little slow, but Rosie and Sarah-Louise in customer service on the phone and via email respectively were helpful and quick to respond and my item arrived very soon after I alerted them to the fact that it hadn't arrived when expected. This was all in the Christmas lead-up so I can understand delivery issues occurring.

Great customer service!
I purchased pendant lights for my new kitchen and unfortunately one of them was faulty. I contacted Zanui and spoke to Rosie. I was upset that I had to return the light and wait for inspection to then get a new light, so I didnt want to wait and went to purchase a replacement light. Rosie, the customer service person, had managed to speak to the light manufacturer and after checking my case and pictures, they were happy to not wait for the faulty light to return. They agree to send me a replacement. She also noticed I purchase another light straight away, so she promptly refunded my money for the faulty light. I am very please with the outcome and with her assistance. Thank you Zanui.

I in august 2022 made two payments for items from zanui totalling $571. I was told it would be 10 - 12 weeks to supply. Fine after 12 weeks I called they confirmed goods would be arriving to them 13th November then to me between 15th - 18th Nov. I called on 18th Nov to then be told the company had been bought out and they didn't know if the goods would be supplied!! CRIMINALS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
SPREAD THE WORD!! This business is fraudulent and currently under administration. They are still taking orders and operating as per usual, however, you will never receive your order and you will not receive a refund. You may even get an email reassuring you that your refund is being processed - FALSE. The refund will not be issued. I even received a phone call from Zanui apologising for what has happened and letting me know the refund is going ahead - false!!! Has never gone through and the call can not be returned as the number will not connect.

Mouldy Rug and no one will answer the phone nor reply to my emails.
I wish I had found the rug I bought at another on line store.
I bought a large floor rug from Zanui that was delivered a couple of months ago. The room for which it was intended has been under renovation and last week we unrolled the rug to see it was covered with very large areas of mould.
